The hotel is next to the Fukui JR station. It is very new and clean, enjoyable stay. Prices were fair considering the size and quality of the stay. Parking is in building, albeit their site is unclear about the carpark.

Amazing hotel, wholly recommend it as a place to explore Fukui from - beautiful new building, impeccably decorated and with amazing views over the city. Breakfast is fantastic and 100% worth it as well! Wish we had more time there!

Great hotel. Got penthouse at 28th floor. Do dine at the lounge as it super good dessert like tiramisu and the cocktail was good. It double the price the bar below but quality assured

Hotel’s entrance which is on the 3rd floor is hard to locate. Parking is in a separate building thus a bit inconvenient

New hotel in Fukui. Excellent location. New and clean.

Very comfortable hotel, I really like this one. I have Nespresso and chill out in Fukui City in the snow. It’s so quiet and the bed is super comfortable. I want to come to Fukui City again next time. There are many delicious food and a supermarket downstairs. Have a good time shopping! 🙂

Courtyard by Marriott Fukui opened at the same time as the Shinkansen line opened, and we had a very comfortable stay. ■Good points Excellent location. Close to Fukui Station, easy access from the Shinkansen line, and a tram stop right in front of the hotel, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. All rooms are on high floors above the 17th floor, so the view is great, and you can see Fukui city and the distant mountains. The stylish room amenities make you feel like you're staying in a good hotel. A wide variety of meals are available in the commercial facility on the first floor. This time we had Fukui soba and sushi. They were all delicious and I'd like to come again. ■Bad points If you don't upgrade the room grade, you won't get a room with a bathtub. This time I stayed in a corner king, but most of the lower grade rooms only have showers. I think this would be a harsh review for Japanese people. It was a bit of a hassle to get to the front desk, as you had to change escalators many times. I wish there was an elevator that went directly to the front desk. At least I couldn't find one.

The quality of Marriott Group is always reassuring! This Courtyard by Marriott is in a very advantageous location, just opposite Fukui Station. The facilities are very new and complete, the floors are high, and you can have a panoramic view of the city from the room. There are many delicious foods on the first floor and around the hotel, which is quite convenient. We passed by Fukui on our way north to Kaga Onsen and Yamanaka Onsen, but we had a good surprise and experience.

The hotel entrance is hard to find and parking is difficult. Take the escalator up to the 3rd floor; change the elevator to the 16th floor to check in at the front desk. The handsome guy at the front desk can speak a little Chinese. The room is a standard business hotel. The upper floors offer a view of Fukui City. The hotel is opposite the station and department store.

This hotel, which was newly opened this year, is a brand of Marriott Group. It has an elegant and comfortable environment, and the room area is relatively spacious. The stay experience is very good. The breakfast is rich in variety. It happened to be a three-day holiday, and there were many guests staying. It felt crowded during the meal. The hotel is near Fukui Station, and the transportation is very convenient. I will give priority to this hotel when I have the opportunity to come again in the future.

Parking is harder to find the first time around, breakfast is good

It was very clean and close to the station. Parking was 2000 yen, so I think a nearby paid parking lot would have been fine. The dinosaurs were impressive right in front of me.

The hotel facilities are clean, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room is wide, and the stay experience is very good. There are supermarkets around the hotel with all kinds of snacks, and travel is also very convenient.
