However, they later delivered pillows and slippers for the children to our room and apologized, so I didn't feel uncomfortable. There was a large public bath and breakfast was included, so we had a comfortable stay. The free coffee was also a nice touch. There was also a large shopping center right in front of the hotel, so we were able to shop and have dinner on foot."
