I am not happy that I did not receive the free transfer that was stated. I tried to notify them a day in advance that I was arriving tomorrow, I called via the online call from the app, they transferred me to different specialists 4 times, the last one took my number and promised to write to me on what's up in 5 minutes, but he never wrote. I tried to write to the email, but the email specified here or the "write a letter" button are incorrect! That's what they told me at the reception when I had already asked for a transfer upon departure!!! They did not receive anything!!! And they told me that in general the transfer must be ordered from the concierge at the table opposite the reception at least 24 hours in advance. Very funny. Firstly, that they have an "excuse" that is not stated anywhere in writing!! That you need to ask 24 hours in advance and secondly, because the concierge only works at certain hours, it is impossible to get to him if you are on an excursion all day! Thus, for the lie that they offer a free transfer here, I give a low rating. I also didn't like the air conditioner, which blew directly into the bed, it was uncomfortable and unpleasant. If you turn it off, it's very stuffy, with the air conditioner on it's very cold. The towels are old. There are ants on the floor and on the table.

Excellent service, 10/10 coffee and they even gave me a surprise birthday 🎂 🎂 🎂 for my daughter, it exceeded my expectations.

It was close to the terminal, convenient to get around, and clean.

The hotel is located in the center, near the bus terminal, the room is comfortable and clean, there are several places to eat nearby, the service was very good.

Su ubicación muy conveniente cerca a la estación de autobuses, lugares de comida y tiendas de ropa… a una cuadra hay una feirinha… el desayuno muy bueno completo y como hacía frío fue muy conveniente los jacuzzis se aprovechó al máximo… les faltó un poco la limpieza del baño y un día nos dejaron sin toallas, pero se solicitó a la recepción y fue solucionado.  Con certeza regresaré

브라질 이과수 시내에 위치하며 터미널에서 도보로 5분정도입니다. 가격에 비해서 시설이 너무나 좋고 깨끗하며 방이나 화장실 등도 매우 큰편입니다. 조식도 매우 훌륭하고 또한 1층 복도에 전자레인지도 있고 뜨거운 물도 부탁하니 바로 끓여 주어서 컵라면 먹었습니다. 직원들 매우 친절해요. 강력추천
