Foshan Meilu Lake Bailu Garden Holiday Villa

This is my first negative review. I really don’t recommend this holiday home. A group of fourteen people and five children went there happily. When we almost arrived, we informed the housekeeper that our car had arrived. However, we rented an 18-seater car and could not go directly. Entering the holiday home, there was no advance notice from the holiday home and we could not go directly to the holiday home. There was no one to help us unload our luggage and enter. In the end, we had to drag our luggage and take the children from room to room to find it, which was very embarrassing on foot. Entering the holiday home, we booked a six-room holiday home when we arrived, but when we opened the door, there was a room full of cockroaches. The door was transparent and the window had no curtains. It was impossible to stay in it🤦🏻♀️. In the afternoon, the housekeeper told us You can't swim after 10:30, and the water will be turned off. We thought that the housekeeper would come directly after 10:30 to turn off the water. In the morning, the housekeeper told us with reproachful words why we didn't turn off the water last night, but we I don’t know where the water switch is 😅 We set out for some fun in the morning and returned to the holiday home in the afternoon. The housekeeper told us that the water in our swimming pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned, so we put disinfectant pills in the swimming pool. We asked the housekeeper When can I go swimming again? The butler told me that I have to wait for a while. If you don’t mind the water that is harmful to your skin, you can continue swimming. There is no other way but the butler asked us to go to the quarantine holiday house to stay for the rest of our stay. We all had no choice but to accept it. After a while, we didn’t hear the housekeeper informing us that we could go back to our vacation home. Then we asked the housekeeper when we could go back to our own swimming pool. She told us it would be ten hours. Finally, 10 hours later and it was already early morning, she went on to say that the swimming water was so dirty that we could not swim at all. We could play in the isolation house swimming pool, but I didn’t understand why we rented it for three days and two nights, but after comparing the money, we could only play in the swimming pool. Quarantine swimming, the housekeeper said that we actually have the same two houses, so we can’t play in quarantine, but we obviously rent the house we want to go to, so we don’t understand why we want to play in quarantine, and finally I asked the housekeeper that the water in our swimming pool was dirty, but there were people swimming and playing here last night and the water was also dirty. There were paper towels and garbage in the pool. The housekeeper told us that the pools where we played were all dirty, even if you saw us pumping water into it. They still release dirty water for us to play in. We also asked the housekeeper if someone urinates after playing in the water. The housekeeper also said that there is excrement and urine in all swimming pools. I don’t understand why we should play there. A housekeeper can talk like this. In the end, the housekeeper yelled at us and told us to be quiet. He stopped talking to us. He went to the isolation room, closed the door, sat down with his feet lowered and looked at us like that. I don’t understand why the housekeeper can do this. The attitude speaks for itself. Many of the facilities in this holiday home are imperfect. The power switch can be tripped several times a night. There are no lights in the whole house and the children screamed. The fence around the swimming pool is not in good condition. Overall, I will not come here again. This place is also the one with the worst overall management among all the places I went to.

第一次住別墅，和圖片一樣，4層高房間很大，水上樂園小朋友很喜歡，房間又有滑梯玩，又有街機打，又有卡拉ok唱，玩到唔捨得走
