"My friends and I came to Foshan for a food-focused holiday. After comparing a few options, we decided on this hotel because it offered rooms with excellent high-rise city views and was quite affordable. I had seen on Xiaohongshu that the hotel's buffet seemed pretty good, so after our evening activities, we went to the front desk and added two buffet meals at a discounted price. It was a crayfish-themed buffet, offering four all-you-can-eat flavors. I particularly enjoyed the chilled crayfish; the hint of alcohol was quite appetizing. My only minor complaint was that the crayfish were a bit on the small side. The restaurant also has an outdoor terrace offering pleasant views. We happened to spot a little bunny running around when we were there – super cute!!! For desserts, there were several durian-flavored cakes and panna cottas. The flavors were rich and intense, and as a durian lover, I was extremely satisfied! The breakfast buffet the next day also offered a wide selection, with both Chinese and Western dishes, catering to various tastes. Waking up naturally and leisurely enjoying breakfast while gazing at the morning city view was perfect for someone like me who loves to take it easy. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with our stay. It's an ideal base when visiting Foshan, especially given how incredibly convenient its location is, with shopping malls and a subway station right nearby! I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"It was our first time here, and our whole family liked this riverside B&B very much. It is very close to Guangzhou South. The children especially liked watching the boats on the river from the third-floor rooftop. Compared to big cities, the air here is very fresh, the decoration is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, right outside Exit B of Zumiao Temple. It's extremely convenient for exploring the city, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. While the room amenities are a bit dated, everything was spotlessly clean. The availability of a self-service washing machine was a huge plus. In Guangzhou's humid climate, you can easily get soaked after a single outing, so my clothes dried surprisingly fast after a wash, likely due to the high floor. I particularly liked that my room had a balcony and good windows, ensuring excellent ventilation. The front desk also offered a hand-drawn map of Foshan, which was a nice bonus."

"I would like to focus on commenting on the treasure-level B&B found in Shunde during my trip to Guangdong. It is located in a village (quiet in the bustle). The owner of this B&B is very attentive to the decoration. The bathrooms use internationally renowned brands, and the toiletries are all big brands. The boss is very enthusiastic and knows a lot about screenings and ancient tree tea. The ancient tree tea he invited is delicious and does not affect your sleep. The B&B has eight rooms on three floors and one ground floor. There is a terrace on the roof and a fish pond in front of the door. The environment is beautiful. In particular, the B&B is very close to Shunfengshan Park, which is suitable for running, cycling, various ball games and singing. The most surprising thing is that the restaurants in the village are very good. They are really the conscience treasure restaurants of the local people. Under the enthusiastic recommendation of the boss, we had a fruitful trip to Jiangmen."

"This hotel is suitable for those going for furniture trade shopping. The rooms are great and spacious , clean and comfortable. We did not check the attractions nearby otherwise we would have liked somewhere nearer the city centre."

"Old hotel with lacking internet. Updated rooms. Expensive international restaurant on 58 th floor, mostly almost empty. Other option is to eat buffet in the night. Same area as breakfast. This area is lacking atmosphere, service and quality in food. Not 5 star service en general. Especially reception employees are lacking service standards. Location is very convenient for furniture sourcing. Exemption in services are bellboys. They are exceeding expectations ! Functional hotel for furniture sourcing but not more than that. Review written by 5 star hotel owner.  So maybe my opinion is more critical than general guest."

"On 19 April, prior to check-out, I visited the front desk and explained that I was considering extending my stay for two more nights (19 to 21 April). I also mentioned that although I had originally planned to travel Guangzhou, I would prefer to remain in Foshan if I could stay in the same two rooms, including the upgraded room with the separate living space, as I had many items of luggage and did not want to relocate unnecessarily. The front desk staff I spoke with said he would seek the manager’s approval. After a few minutes, he returned and confirmed that the rooms were available and that approval had been granted. He instructed me to go ahead with making the same room bookings online. I immediately followed his instructions, completed the bookings, and provided him with the new booking references for two nights for two rooms on the spot, which he confirmed without issue. The full process, including the collection of a security deposit from my credit card, took around 15 minutes and was handled efficiently. I was truly grateful for his support at that time. Unfortunately, the situation took a distressing turn on 20 April. That afternoon, while I was en route to Guangzhou by car, I received a call from the same front desk staff, whose tone was abrupt and extremely rude. Without offering any reasonable explanation, he demanded that I cancel my confirmed bookings, which he had previously accepted in person. I explained to him several times that I was driving from Foshan to Guangzhou at the time, that all my luggage remained in the hotel, and that it was not possible for me to take any immediate action. I even asked whether I could pay an additional fee if there was an issue with the upgraded room, but he remained confrontational and dismissive throughout the call. His aggressive and unreasonable behaviour was shocking and unacceptable. The phone conversation lasted nearly ten minutes and became increasingly agitating. I emphasised that I was on the road and that his manner was causing serious disruption. The call left me extremely distressed and disoriented — and shortly after, my car was involved in a minor traffic accident. While I take responsibility for my own actions, I must also express how inappropriate and harmful the staff member’s handling of the matter was, especially considering that this all stemmed from a booking that had already been confirmed the previous day."

"A homestay hidden in the village is very suitable for leisure and slow life. The service is good, the environment is good, and the living is comfortable. It is very casual to drink tea, eat snacks and read books in the yard. Walking along the water outside is very suitable for walking, and it is also very suitable for walking the baby. Looking at the people who are playing in the springs, a calm and comfortable life that leaves the hustle and bustle of the city. Parking at the alley of the hotel is convenient. The staff are also very friendly, not only helping us store our luggage but also providing detailed recommendations for the best sightseeing routes, which are more practical than any self-made itinerary. Our stay in Foshan was very pleasant, and the hotel staff's service was exceptionally considerate; we will definitely choose this place again for our next visit, and it is definitely a great choice!"

"Fantastic Stay at Pullman Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Hotel, and I can't rave enough about my experience! The friendly front desk staff welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality when we arrived. Their professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. We had a minor issue with our initial room, but the team handled our request to change rooms immediately and gracefully. It was such a relief to have our concerns addressed so quickly! One of the standout moments was the band from the lobby, the singers were very welcoming. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
