"The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Ancestral Temple. Upon check-in, the front desk staff offered hot tea, which was a welcome relief in the scorching heat of the October Golden Week – perfect timing! Every staff member we encountered throughout the hotel greeted us warmly. The hotel offers self-service laundry, but as we were tired from a day of sightseeing and wanted to rest early, I asked the front desk if they provided laundry service. To my surprise, they confirmed they did, and the washed clothes were hung on our doorknob by the next morning. The hotel kitchen also helped us heat up some takeout food. One evening, returning to the hotel, the doorman saw me taking photos of the hotel entrance and kindly offered to take a group photo for us. Later, after checking out, I left an item in the lobby, and the staff helped locate it and arranged for a delivery service to return it. The service truly exceeded our expectations. Now, regarding the facilities, the hotel's decor is very new, with no lingering renovation smells. The room itself was standard; not large, but not cramped either. The luggage rack was a bit small, making it impossible to fully open two small suitcases at once. The vanity was located in the middle of the room, meaning brushing teeth would inevitably disturb a sleeping companion. The toilet flush was excessively loud; a quieter model would probably better suit Atour's brand image, wouldn't it? Additionally, the function buttons on the side of the toilet were only marked with symbols, leaving guests confused and needing to test each one to understand its purpose. Room soundproofing wasn't great; we could hear neighbors showering and using the toilet. As the hotel is built above a subway station, there was a faint rumble when trains passed, which affected sleep around 6-7 AM but was barely noticeable during the day. Also, regarding the ramp at the hotel entrance, I'm not sure if it's solely for luggage, but if it's meant to be an accessible ramp, the incline is quite steep, and wheelchair users might not be able to ascend it independently. The bedding is characteristic of Atour, with many reviews online, so I won't elaborate further. Overall, my stay at Atour was satisfactory. The minor drawbacks were related to the hardware facilities, but the staff were all excellent!"

"Hygiene: As a new hotel, it's very clean and the room feels cozy. Environment: Parking seems inconvenient; I had to get out and ask someone to lift a barrier, and my call wasn't answered. This was the only downside. Service: The staff were friendly, and they even asked if I needed water when I checked out."

A shopping mall is conveniently located downstairs, and in the evenings, you'll find plenty of street food stalls, so dining options are never an issue. However, the breakfast variety was less than what I remember from previous visits. More meat options would be a welcome addition."

The mattress was medium-firm, providing excellent support without being too soft and causing back pain, or too hard and compromising comfort. The duvet and pillows were also very comfortable, with soft, skin-friendly fabric and no strange odors. I was able to quickly relax and enjoy a good night's sleep. Both the front desk and housekeeping services were excellent. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly. The room was also spotlessly clean. "2nd time staying at an Atour Hotel and it did not disappoint. This was a newer hotel and it had a modern feel. The premises were bright and airy. Rooms were spacious and clean. The reception staff was excellent - they were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety - it was constantly replenished. A big plus for us was the laundry service. The attendant took our laundry and once done, returned to our room in a clean bag. It was great!! As for the location, it was fine for us as we took cabs to get around. There wasn't much in the immediate vicinity but it was only a short cab ride to the sights. Wonderful stay!!"

"There is so much to say about this hotel. It is within a central location many mall and endless choices of both fast food and restaurants at your finger tip. The decor of the hotel is exceptionally we planned and executed to fit the French theme. Breakfast available if you choose that option. Atmosphere and staff is welcoming. It is a most visit when staying in foshan. 5 star if I must say. I had an awesome time there. And will be visiting again whenever I am in foshan"

The room environment is very good, quite clean, and the facilities are not bad. The bed in the room is 2 meters large. The girl at the front desk is also very enthusiastic and deserves a thumbs up. Choosing this hotel for my short trip was definitely the right decision. The transportation, environment, and service, in particular, were outstanding and completely exceeded my expectations! First, let's talk about transportation. No subway? No problem at all! There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, just a 3-minute walk away. You can get to downtown attractions and shopping malls directly, without needing to transfer, which saved a lot of hassle. If you want to hail a taxi, just wave your hand outside the hotel, and a driver will stop. It's only about a 20-minute drive to the high-speed rail station, so there's no rush to catch your train. I drove this time, and the hotel has free parking with plenty of spaces, so I didn't have to drive around looking for a spot, which was incredibly convenient. Next, the environment – it felt comfortable as soon as I walked in! The lobby isn't that cold, business-like style; instead, there's warm lighting and a subtle fragrance. Waiting to check in wasn't boring at all. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed linens and duvet covers felt soft to the touch, and there wasn't any strange odor. The blackout curtains were super thick; I slept until noon the next day, and not a single ray of sunlight peeked through, so I woke up feeling completely refreshed. There were also complimentary bottled water, small biscuits, and local fruits on the table. When I came back hungry in the evening, I could just grab them and eat, no need to go out and buy anything – the attention to detail was perfect. And the service? Absolutely impeccable and considerate throughout! When I was checking in, the front desk attendant smiled and offered a hot towel, and proactively told me about breakfast times and the restaurant location, just in case I couldn't find it the next day. Later, I wanted an extra pillow, so I made a call, and a staff member brought it up in just 5 minutes, even asking if the pillow's softness was suitable. When I checked out, I forgot my charger and only remembered when I reached the door. When I went back to look for it, the front desk had already put it aside for me and handed it to me directly, without wasting any time. Overall, whether for leisure or business travel, this hotel is a perfect choice – convenient transportation, comfortable environment, and attentive service. My stay was completely worry-free. The next time I'm in this area, I'll definitely choose Mehaolizhi again. I've already recommended it to several friends who are planning trips!"
