這次連續兩天入住，佛山希爾頓整體的體驗感還是不錯的。11年的老酒店裡麪的裝修和設施的確沒有其他的新酒店那麼好，但是好在服務是跟得上的。酒店的每間房間會有專人跟進，確保顧客的入住體驗感。這次負責我們房間的是質量管理團隊的Suey。在前台辦理入住時，熱情友好，有禮貌。也能對我的問題及時做出迴應。並且還會根據我們房間的訂單，積極地對我們提供額外的增值服務，以儘可能的提升我們的入住體驗感。周邊的環境還好，酒店地理位置位於禪城區和順德區的交界處，所以無論是想去禪城區祖廟嶺南天地這些熱門商業區玩呢，還是想去順德吃吃地道的美食，都是一個非常不錯的選擇。酒店樓下有港澳直通的巴士，所以如果來佛山遊玩期間想要順路去趟香港和澳門也是極其便利的。

這次幫客户訂房入住體驗很滿意，佛山希爾頓酒店大廳看起來很舒適，首先映入眼簾——巨型生態魚缸，數十尾色彩斑斕的熱帶魚在水草間穿梭，光影透過玻璃折射出夢幻漣漪，瞬間讓腳步慢下來。入住酒店，住客是免費停車的，很人性化。在前台接待我的賓客關係經理ivy服務很好的，得知我的客户是第一次入住，房間給作了升級，贈送果盤，這讓客户在入住體驗感中得到了昇華。房間的床墊床品好舒服，生活物品浴袍浴巾拖鞋很齊全，早餐豐富多樣，中西式早點應有盡有，讓味蕾得到滿足開啟元氣滿滿的一天，下次還來再預訂這裏的。

第一次住佛山希爾頓酒店，在入住前就感受到了酒店的賓客關係經理ivy的熱情與服務非常好。酒店的停車場入口位置就在路口，這對開車人士來説很方便。雖然這家酒店開業有十年了，但房間的設施維護整體還是不錯的，房間內的衞生乾淨，讓人住着很安心，酒店有很多細節處盡顯用心，例如辦公桌配備無線充電板，床頭有貼心夜燈模式，衞浴間乾淨整潔且乾濕分離等。這次入住，從硬件設施到細緻入微的服務體驗，都彰顯了希爾頓的高端品質。還有早餐真的好的啊！早餐豐富多樣，讓味蕾得到滿足開啟元氣滿滿的一天，入住首選，滿意。

每次帶娃入住整體感覺都很滿意，大堂中央的兩層樓高巨型熱帶魚缸彷彿將水族館搬進了酒店，數百條熱帶魚暢遊其中，色彩斑斕，孩子們一進入酒店就被深深吸引。房間寬敞明亮，舒適柔軟，視野也不錯，衞生很乾凈，早餐種類豐富。酒店專員Lucy和Jessie態度很熱情温暖，每回入住房間都安排的妥帖，有什麼問題都會幫忙第一時間解決，離店時還給小朋友贈送了小禮物，有機會再來入住還會選擇👍🏻

家庭出行來佛山選擇入住佛山希爾頓酒店。我們昨天到店的時候比較晚了。但是依然有工作人員熱情的歡迎我們。這家酒店會有一個質量管理團隊專門負責跟進顧客的入住體驗。Suey在前台加了我的微信，並熱情地指引我們電梯在哪裡。為了提升我們的入住體驗還給我們贈送了早餐。到客房後沒幾分鐘還會詢問我們對房間是否滿意，並告知我們酒店是可以派機器人將外賣送上樓的，這點十分便利。第二天早上也會主動發來問候，瞭解我們的入住體驗。整體來説，服務體驗感各方面都挺不錯的。

這次入住佛山希爾頓酒店真是意外之喜！地理位置超讚，離地鐵站很近地，周邊美食商場林立。酒店賓客關係Jessie、Lucy、Suey還提前免費升級了，按照我的喜好排房！服務到位！
房間寬敞明亮，落地窗俯瞰城市夜景，床品柔軟得像睡在雲朵上。浴室乾濕分離，還有大浴缸。
雖然這家酒店開業已經十多年，設施方面不足，沒有新酒店好，但是也有一直在維護保養，老酒店服務到位，下次來佛山一定二刷！

先不説這酒店的設施陳舊了，一進房間一股黴味，最難受的是被子潮的不行，根本睡不着，後來拿吹風機吹了半小時才勉強入睡。差評！

這次入住佛山希爾頓酒店的體驗令人失望。酒店裝修風格雖尚可，但設施明顯老舊且缺乏維護：房間黴味濃重，尤其是17樓異味刺鼻，即便25樓也未能完全改善；客房內熱水壺存在漏電問題，使用時直接導致手部觸電，甚至引發房間跳閘；更令人不安的是，凌晨1點空調突然停機、燈光閃爍，安全隱患令人擔憂。空調控制系統損壞。
服務方面，工作人員表現中規中矩，未展現出希爾頓品牌應有的專業與熱情。值得一提的是旅拍服務的小哥，拍攝效果較為出色，但這無法掩蓋整體服務的平庸。
早餐雖種類豐富，但品質欠佳。炒麪寡淡無味，米飯乾硬，紫薯等食材甜度不足，新鮮度也明顯欠缺。作為希爾頓旗下酒店，這樣的設施維護、服務水平與餐食質量，與品牌定位和房價嚴重不符，實在難以令人滿意。
