Great location—right next to the mall, which made shopping and dining super convenient. The service was excellent; staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Nice hotel to stay but different name from booking so a bit hard to find it. Next to it got a mall. Not so happening mall but still ok.
Got supplier fetch us there, so very convenient ! Not too sure about public transportation.
Hotel is clean and modern type. Comfortable bed. Good stay !

一大早走廊吵吵鬧鬧一羣婆娘大喊大叫，一開始是對面房門滴滴響不關門持續了很長時間，之後是***大喊大叫，出於禮貌説了句你好可以小聲點嗎，一開始以為聽不見，然後又説了兩句，***依然背對着大喊大叫完全當別人透明，還站在走廊大聲對房間裏面的人説不要着急，素質極其低下。
2025年2月6日入住2月7日退房的2920一家人素質極其低下，嚴重影響他人休息。

晚上11:00多入住，兩張房卡都打不開門，打電話給前台明確表達了兩張房卡都掃不開門，前台卻問了好幾次是打不開嗎？十分鐘後才有人上來開，還説晚點會送一張新的房卡上來，結果根本沒有，第二天也沒有主動告知處理結果，還是我們自己下樓去跟前台溝通，也並沒有給我們處理好，説是晚點再上樓檢查一下門，等晚上回酒店的時候，我們又去找了前台取房卡，問了門處理好了沒有，然後前台就是一問三不知，我想問你們工作都不會交接好嗎？因為這個房卡浪費太多時間。
