離場館步行三分鐘，保利步行十五分鐘，在別人散場趕地鐵，打車打不到的時候我已經回到屋裡吹空調導視頻了，選擇這裏真的是很明智的決定。
房屋整潔，空調好用，和百年滙同一棟樓，位置太好了，建議看演唱會的朋友們都來住，不小心打碎了一個玻璃杯都沒讓我賠，臨時續住店主還給打折了，服務態度超好

房間就是公寓改造的民宿，裏面堆積了許多業主留下的東西，比如毛絨玩具、被鋪等。衞生間也有陳年煙頭，住的不怎麼舒心，衹能説還行，勉勉強強。

和小夥伴休息得還不錯。

非常不好的體驗，嚴重懷疑那麼多好評怎麼來的。房間是一棟酒店公寓，可能是業主自己轉租的，委託現場物業管理，房間裏連電話都沒有，所謂前台就是個擺設根本不管的。住了那麼多酒店我還是第一次遇到整晚停電。12點睡到迷迷糊糊的時候貌似空調就停了，半夜3點多醒來確認是停電，一個燈都打不開，手機充不了電，我衹能發微信給業主，然後一直到早上8點多才解決。另外衞生情況很不好，一進門就有股水泥的氣味揮之不去，牙刷杯上可疑的污漬，櫃子裏還有其他客人留下的衣服。是為了看演唱會圖方便入住的，本來訂了兩天後來果斷提前走。不過看演唱會真的方便，走10分鐘就到了，除了這個可能別無優勢了。

看完演唱會11點到，房間直接停電，打電話給前台，前台讓我自己打電話給阿姨，阿姨説哎呀房間電費用完了，讓我住隔壁房間，還讓我自己拿原來房間的被子過去睡，新的被子不要睡。合著我是來借宿的，還得幫忙給你省活兒是吧。優點衹有地理位置優越一點。
