"I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel front office manager even upgraded my room because I felt like the other one had been smoked in. The staff in general is very friendly and professional. The valets were awesome and quick, quick quick. On top of the incredible service the oceanfront location and pool cannot be beaten. B Ocean was beautiful"

"We were able to check in early which was a plus. Our 1 bedroom ocean view suite was wonderful. The hotel manager/director check in on us via text several times through out our two day stay to make sure that everything was perfect. Great hotel staff, valet parking attendants were quick and efficient. Would definitely stay again and Trip.com by far had the best rate. Hoping to driest our stay in the near future. "After booking the room, let Ctrip communicate with the hotel, arrive at the store very late and have paid the price of a high-rise deluxe double bed room, don't give it to the low-rise, you need to reserve a good room. But when I arrived at the hotel, not only did I not have a double bed room, but it was also a low floor room. After communication, I was given a high floor room, but there was no double bed room. I was given a crowded twin room! Stayed for two nights and communicated with Ctrip, they helped solve the room change in time, Ctrip's service is still to be praised"

"Outdated facilities, especially the cold and hot water pressure is very small, the amount of water is large, uncomfortable! Breakfast is good. The location is excellent. The room is quiet."

"My review is a little late but My husband and I with our 2 kids, stayed at the W and we had a great experience. We were there the last week of July. We stayed for 8 days. The hotel is beautiful, very upscale. Lots of amenities. From when we checked in, everyone was super nice. We had a great view of the beach from our Balcony. We stayed on the 21st floor and our floor was very quiet. Our room was very clean, always smelled good as soon as you would walk out of the elevator into the hallways. Hotel was very clean. Our room was always serviced. The room was super nice. Great access to the beach. Valet service was great, everyone was super nice. We did not eat at the hotel though because it was pretty pricey. Overall we had a great experience and definitely would return back to the W in the future. "

"My friend and I took our daughters on a small vaca and stayed at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina. We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The scenery was beautiful. I just wish to Starbucks inside had more options and stayed open throughout the day. The hotel was really nice. There were some things that could be updated here and there but overall the space was beautiful."

"The room is very big, very clean, the service attitude is very good, the transportation is convenient, the beach is across the road from the hotel, and there is a Japanese and Korean restaurant downstairs in the Conrad Hotel next to it, which is delicious. I will stay again next time. It is very good👍"
