Barceló Fès Medina
"Great location. Easy to find and can park outside the hotel. Suitable for those who don’t want to find the riads in the complicated medina. However, the staff won’t help customers to call taxi. I had to go outside to call taxi."
Ibis Fes
"Just okay, just don’t expect any nice from any of their staff."
Mia Urban Fes
"Breakfast is ok. Room is small. Clean. New. Separate toilet and bathroom"
Royal Mirage Fes Hotel
"Great place been here before. Has a nightclub on the side of it but only arab music. Was not happy with the view would prefer the pool view. Great hotel as always."
La Casa Espanyola
"A great host, available and courteous for all your needs. The property is nice and well-maintained. I highly recommend it. Thank you all."
Riad Braya
"We enjoyed our stay a lot with Braya, they had very nice breakfast and also the location is nice"
Riad La Mentha Elegant Boutique Riad Panoramic Terrace & Local Experience
"A stunning and beautiful Riad! I wanted to explore every corner of the décor, and the hosts are wonderful people. The location is convenient, with shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. The room is large and cozy, the bed and pillows are luxurious, the room is bright, and there's air conditioning, a hairdryer, and all the other amenities. The home-cooked breakfasts are delicious. The terrace overlooking the Medina deserves special mention. The stay was comfortable, and I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back!"
Hotel & Spa Dar Bensouda
"This was our favourite accomodation from our entire trip, it's very beautiful and well maintained, and they upgraded our room free of charge"
Riad Taryana
"The owner was very kind and recommended restaurants and shops. Also, although there was no shampoo or hairdryer in the room, he provided them immediately when I asked."

Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace
"Excellent"
Le Riad Palais d'Hotes Suites & Spa Fes
"Pro: the hotel staff is very friendly, like to thanks the kitchen staff to prepare our breakfast daily and dinner once. the central court of hotel is lovely. Location itself is not bad, except initially it's bit hard to locate it, and surrounding street is not clearly marked, but it's FES in general within old town setting, Con: the room is ok (we reserve a large one, with bedroom, living room and bathroom in its own quarter. Bed is bit hard to sleep, pillow is also very hard. End up didn't use pillow at all. The cleanliness of living room, couch and floor mat is questionable. In one night, we seen one roach crossing over. The bath room has large tub but no curtain, water spray can be everywhere. The worst thing is the toilet, u can literally smell the gas and need keep window open overnight, it's due to the old sewerage system in old town IMHO. Overall, the RIAD building itself is dated and crumble and need lots of maintenance for sure to claim its star rating. Lastly, watch out if u reserved in dollars or Euro, the hotel will charge you in dirham when checked in. Since dirham appreciated so much in past 1-2 months, u will be shocked the real price per day is 5-6% higher."
Hotel Sahrai
"A private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city. The amenities provided were top class though the breakfast selection and dinner quality could be improved upon. The hotel sits on top of a hill and the rooftop provides a beautiful view of the old medina and Jewish quarters. This is a good choice if you have a lot of luggage as cars are not allowed to drop you in Riads inside the Medina."
Riad Fes - Relais & Châteaux
"The brand is definitely a big one, but the cheapest room you booked is really not recommended. The light is broken and can't be turned off at night. There is a peculiar smell in the room. It's not as comfortable as staying in a homestay. If you have the funds, don't choose the cheap room. It feels like a warehouse."
Riad Laaroussa
"Riad Laasroussa was an atraction per se. The building is amazing and full of details and amazing good taste. The staff is super attentive but not invasive. I´m so glad I stayed in Fez for 2 nights instead of the one originally planned. Among the mais reasons for this joy is to have more time to enjoy the Riad. I now want to come back bringing the rest of the family"
Riad Jamaï
"Nice and beautiful hotel, very quiet (came here as a solo person in January, and there was only a couple. Breakfast was fine, unfortunately the shower was quite cold. Swimming pool is nice, but cold so unfortunately I couldn't use it. Roof terrace was the opposite). very nice."
Hôtel Volubilis
"Good location"
Palais Shazam & Spa
"The place is nice. The staff is friendly. I recommend it."
Dar El Mathaf
"I have never had such a bad experience. I have no words for the absolutely wrong behavior of the woman at the reception, Hasnae. They subsequently charged us for the 3 nights of accommodation even though we didn't stay any, since we had to leave the site on the first night due to all the complications that arose from the first moment. We arrived around 4:30 p.m., after having told them that we were by train and that we would arrive shortly. From minute 1 the impression we had was of a place that was not equipped to receive guests, the accommodation was under construction. He told us we had to wait a bit before going up to the room. We waited for more than an hour and a half downstairs to have access to the room, after 6 hours of traveling. The bathrooms on the ground floor were very dirty (with underwear lying around) and, apart from construction materials (bags of cement and so on), there was a lot of dust on the stairs. The room was smaller and more cramped than it seemed in the photo and the bathroom did not match what appeared in the images. This is the least of it. There was no shower gel or shampoo, as it should have been included, and neither were they provided when we asked. Well, it can happen. We returned in the evening after dinner and found cockroaches in the room and on the beds. There was no one at the reception and, having no other option, we had to find another place to spend the night and where we went at 1:00 in the morning. The next day the Riad had been contacted by Booking, since we had contacted customer service to notify them of the situation and that we could not stay there for not complying with even the minimum. We stopped by the Riad to explain everything that happened personally and tell them that we were going to stay somewhere else. Not a "sorry" or anything like that. The woman listened to us and, when she told us that we had to cancel the reservation, I told her that they had to cancel it and that from booking they needed to receive an email confirming what had happened on their part and that we had not spent a single night there. We went to talk to her twice and with the excuse that she did not handle the reservations and that the owner was in another city, she told us that she would contact me in an hour. He never contacted me again or responded to my WhatsApp message. He also didn't give us any option to meet halfway. Nothing. He also charged us for the full 3 nights, knowing that we were somewhere else and that we had to pay there too. It has been very bad management by a dishonest and lying person who is only interested in money and who does not even know what it means to dedicate yourself to this profession. We feel disappointed. I leave it to your conscience. May this thirst for money at the detriment of other respectful and honest people bring these people what they deserve in life and in their work. "
Riad Zamane Fès - Boutique & Spa
"Everything is perfect. Really kind staffs and good food are waiting for you. The best Riad I have stayed. The rooms are clean, the food is great, and the staff are very kind. I have stayed in several riads, but this was the best. It's a little scary because it's in the back alley, but it's easy to access the main tourist spots."
Riad Sabah
"it was amazing, very clean and great location!"
Dar D'or Fes
"It was magnificent! This is the best hotel and riad we've stayed at during our 10-day trip through the cities of Morocco. It's incredibly atmospheric and beautiful, yet also comfortable and quiet. The hosts are delightful, offering us tea every time we returned to the riad – so attentive and friendly. The breakfast was very hearty, delicious, and substantial. When we asked for a lunch box for our trip, they packed us a parcel that even 5-star hotels haven't matched; we ate it all the way to Merzouga, it was such a pleasant surprise! I recommend it 200%!"
Dar Ahl Tadla
"Its abit hard to find because google map is not showing the correct direction. There are 2 staff, the first person was kind and welcoming but the second person i feel like ge doesnt know what a hospitality is. Breakfast always came late. The floor was dusty. The rooftop was great to relax for the whole day if you like and wifi also available. The bed was proper. The bathroom need improvement so that the water can flow to the sewage faster. I used their laundry service, 3 dirham per piece."
Riad Baba
"The spacious and clean room was comfortable, and the owner was very kind. The service, including breakfast and welcome tea, was excellent. I was very grateful for the brief explanation of how to navigate the complex and confusing city of Fes upon arrival. The location within the medina is also good, so I highly recommend it."
Riad Jamal
"A home away from home - this was like staying at your family home thanks to the hosts ! Great location, very comfortable room, and the personalized service from Mr Jamal and the team!"
