AAnubhavThe hotel room and service was excellent!! They accommodated our every request we had asked for Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.

OophrexGreat breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast. The spa area was freshly renovated and smelled of lacquer. The female sauna was not operational. The steam bath (Turkish hammam) was marked as free in the hotel description, but the staff told us that it needed a reservation and wouldn't let us use it. Worst of all and something that is inconceivable for a hotel in this category, they were out of stock on hotel slippers! How to use the spa area or relax in the room without slippers?
