It was ok. The location was absolutely brilliant and the WiFi was pretty good. I never really saw the manager or any front desk staff and was late checking in as room wasn’t ready. Reasonable price

Very well located near the bridge and an easy walk from the bus station to the train station. The room met my expectations and it was good value for money. Two minor things were that I did smell the smoke in my room from other areas in the hotel, even though I had booked a non smoking room. Also, the steam from the shower triggered the smoke detecor when I opened the cabin because the smoke detector is located pretty close to the bathroom. Overall I'm satisfied.

The boss came to the take our luggages at the bus stop. He's a very nice and quiet person. The hotel is very clean, silent and near the river and the nightlife.

Room was good; comfortable bed, bathroom was fine, room was clean, and had a little desk and kettle too. Location is great, right in the heart of the ancient town and close to so many key parts. Booked in last minute (as my original hotel was abandoned when I arrived ( called "Yuanmengzhan (Phoenix Ancient City Branch" - don't go there!), so the man was very understanding and accommodating. Overall great value.

I originally planned to stay in the Ju/Jiuqi twin room, but when I arrived, I was told by the hotel owner that the original guest in the Ju/Jiuqi twin room had to renew, so I changed to the Mei/Jiuqi twin room (which has less space than Ju) and I personally like Ju’s decoration style), but I couldn’t stay in the booked room, and the experience was very poor😟.
