This is the second time here. Excellent as always, service was non-stop from the moment you walked in the door. The services at the front desk, guest rooms, and catering are all very good and in place. The room is very clean and very warm in winter. The service attitude of the staff is very diligent. The hotel has complete facilities and basically no sanitary dead spots. The food tastes good and the hot spring experience is comfortable. The whole family is very satisfied. give it a like.

Entering the homestay, the small courtyard is very exquisite, wooden doors and windows, stone walls, entering the house is simply the child's dream love house, falling asleep with insects at night, awakened by birds in the morning, such a life is too pleasant. 這是一封感謝信，感謝前台的沈經理和餐飲團隊: 帶着父母孩子一起來臨沂玩，一共住了兩晚，入住當晚我還在天上王城的時候，沈經理就打電話來確認入住時間，提前開好空調，到了房間後房間非常温暖舒適。第三天行程特別匆忙，早晨走的時候趕不及吃早餐，就商量能不能提前開早餐，因為長者孩子多不吃早餐不行，前台的沈經理幫助協調餐飲部門，提前給我們開餐，大大節約了我們的時間，在此，真的非常感謝。很早就加上沈經理微信，事無鉅細，她都一一回答。另外讚一句，早餐特別豐富，房間價格一二百塊錢包含早餐門票真的是巨良心了，炒雞很好吃，一大盤才68塊錢，用餐性價比很高，菜量很大，五大一小6個菜吃撐。
我從未跟她講，我是馬泉的老顧客了。多年前，我和老公就來過，環境靜謐，滿山翠綠，温暖的陽光，莊嚴的佛寺，寵物友好，留下非常好的印象。去年和朋友一家來住過石頭房子，夏天不用開空調都特別涼快，今年帶着長者孩子來，他們的統一評價是，這麼大的園子，這麼大的寺廟，處處乾乾淨淨，晚上的寺廟看起來就是真的神殿。
馬泉處處透露着真誠，卻非常低調，性價比無敵高。我逢人就推薦，這麼好的度假清修勝地，或者帶娃享受大自然，都很好，希望馬泉越來越好，雖然喜歡安靜的環境，但還是希望有更多人知道它。
再次感謝服務團隊，下次還會來！

GGuest UserThe service and sanitary environment are not said, it is really good. The boss saw the children he brought, and immediately exchanged a larger room for free. The people of Yimeng are really enthusiastic and help with luggage. I will definitely book here next time. The only thing is that the hotel is leaning on the road, and there are still a lot of cars at night. If you don't sleep well, you must book your back to the road.

No matter where you go, the simple service staff is very good. When you leave, you also sent a small gift to the child. There is milk before going to bed, yogurt milk, especially considerate, After checking in, I also sent the children disposable supplies for the children. There are reception fruits on the table in the room. The service attitude of the five-star hotel is completely! Especially like the front desk lady who received us. I went to Zhuquan Village in the morning to play. I called in advance at noon and asked the store owner to prepare lunch. The fish bought by the boss is really delicious. Friends who like to eat fish can try it.

The boss was attentive and enthusiastic and gave us a free upgrade to the twin room. The facilities are complete, clean and tidy. Complete supplies. Although there is no breakfast, there is a snack street around the downstairs. It is a Shangkeyou hotel chain, affordable and cost-effective. Worth choosing.

Yyanjing1There is an oversized bug in the hot spring pool in the room. The body is bigger than the beer bottle cap. There are many feet. Because it is close to the cement color, I didn't find it at the beginning. I found it in the bath at night. It really scared us. Then when I first lived, it may be because there were not many people just opened. Later, because it was the National Day holiday, there were slowly more people. Then the waterproofing of the bathroom upstairs was not done well. I don’t know if it was a hot spring or a shower downstairs that caused our bathroom to rain heavily. Fortunately, we have checked out that day. The quality of the building is simply exaggerated

AAnonymous UserI went to the National Day in 22 years. The experience was particularly good. The park was beautiful and atmospheric. I kept thinking about it. I went again. I was so disappointed. The corners of the room were dirty. There was still 🪳 in the room. The shower room would leak to the toilet. The National Day cooled down and the quilt was cold. Although the front desk gave the quilt, it was uncomfortable. The most important thing was that the boiler next to the water was noisy at all. The whole park is not taken care of, overgrown, and various partitions are messy, very depressed and desolate.
