It’s the second time I came. The first time I came, I was amazing. I didn’t expect that there would be new surprises for the second time. I loved ❤️ The service is very intimate and first-class. After the check-in, the waiter took the scenic map to introduce the route and activities in detail, drove to the gate of Hongshizhai to the right, and checked the ticket at the gate. The villas on the mountain are all small two-story single-family houses, the door number is not obvious, and I found it slowly according to the map. Birds and flowers along the way, trees are shaded, and the scenery is beautiful. The door was very pleasantly opened. The villa is not small, the space is bright, there is no smell, and there are no mosquitoes and moths. This is rare in mountain forest areas. The bad place is that the sockets are slightly less. The second floor is a bit hot, but the air conditioner is not felt. It is recommended that the curtains be changed to blinds and other seals. In the morning, they are awakened by birds. GGuest User昨天入住了臨沂的智聖湯泉賓館，整體體驗非常好，值得推薦。首先，服務很到位。入住和退房手續辦理得很快，前台工作人員態度親切友好，有問必答，讓人感覺很舒服。房間乾淨整潔，佈置得温馨舒適。設施齊全，該有的都有，空間也足夠，住着很安心。床品舒適，晚上休息得很好。最核心的温泉體驗更是沒得説。湯池種類多，水質乾淨，温度也合適。泡完之後，感覺全身都放鬆了，旅途的疲憊一掃而空，特別解乏。環境維護得也不錯，泡湯的氛圍很寧靜。整體來説，這次入住智聖湯泉賓館非常滿意。無論是基礎的住宿、服務，還是特色的温泉，都達到了預期，甚至有些小驚喜。是一次物有所值、讓人身心放鬆的體驗，下次來臨沂還會考慮這裏。

GGuest User這是一封感謝信，感謝前台的沈經理和餐飲團隊: 帶着父母孩子一起來臨沂玩，一共住了兩晚，入住當晚我還在天上王城的時候，沈經理就打電話來確認入住時間，提前開好空調，到了房間後房間非常温暖舒適。第三天行程特別匆忙，早晨走的時候趕不及吃早餐，就商量能不能提前開早餐，因為長者孩子多不吃早餐不行，前台的沈經理幫助協調餐飲部門，提前給我們開餐，大大節約了我們的時間，在此，真的非常感謝。很早就加上沈經理微信，事無鉅細，她都一一回答。另外讚一句，早餐特別豐富，房間價格一二百塊錢包含早餐門票真的是巨良心了，炒雞很好吃，一大盤才68塊錢，用餐性價比很高，菜量很大，五大一小6個菜吃撐。我從未跟她講，我是馬泉的老顧客了。多年前，我和老公就來過，環境靜謐，滿山翠綠，温暖的陽光，莊嚴的佛寺，寵物友好，留下非常好的印象。去年和朋友一家來住過石頭房子，夏天不用開空調都特別涼快，今年帶着長者孩子來，他們的統一評價是，這麼大的園子，這麼大的寺廟，處處乾乾淨淨，晚上的寺廟看起來就是真的神殿。馬泉處處透露着真誠，卻非常低調，性價比無敵高。我逢人就推薦，這麼好的度假清修勝地，或者帶娃享受大自然，都很好，希望馬泉越來越好，雖然喜歡安靜的環境，但還是希望有更多人知道它。再次感謝服務團隊，下次還會來！
