Advantages: The pillow is moderately soft and hard, and quite comfortable.
Disadvantages: The price/performance ratio is average, with a premium of more than 3 times during the Spring Festival.
There is no hand sanitizer or soap for washing hands. The toilet smells bad.
The breakfast room was too small, very crowded, no seats, and nothing to eat, so we ended up going out to eat.
The fireworks outside went on very late, and light sleepers needed earplugs.

GGuest UserI have recently stayed at the most affordable and best decorated hotel. The location is extremely convenient. The hotel decoration design is modern and full of style. The room is spacious and comfortable. It is very nice. The details are full of ingenuity. The high-speed network link and the carefully designed bathroom are excellent. The lighting is excellent and fully equipped. Feel the warmth of home, the front desk staff is warm, respond to my needs in time, the experience is very good, is a very good hotel.

JJenson HiahIt’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

As soon as you step into the room, the clean and warm environment makes people shine, the beds are soft and comfortable, and every detail is revealed with care. The room's facilities are complete and smart, whether it is the adjustment of the lighting or the use of electrical appliances, it is very convenient and fully meets my various needs. The hotel's service is even more impeccable. From the warm reception at the front desk to the caring care during the stay, the staff can always respond to my request quickly and make people feel particularly warm. And the location of the hotel is also great, the surrounding dining and shopping are all available, and travel is very convenient. This stay far exceeded my expectations. It is convenient to go anywhere in the city center, there are many places to eat, the room is good, and it is relatively quiet outside at night, but the corridor soundproofing is not very good. There are still people talking after 2 o'clock in the morning. The service needs to be improved. I met a male manager at the door and asked him to send 2 bottles of water. He agreed, but he didn't send it. The breakfast is not bad.
As a third-tier city, Puning's hotel prices are still high in the off-season.

The breakfast may be too crowded, so it is not updated very quickly
It is difficult to get a taxi during the Spring Festival (the worst experience in Puning, there was no bus stop after waiting for half a day, and the Gaode map algorithm showed that the bus was vacant). I chose the high-speed rail station pick-up service booked by the hotel. I contacted the front desk more than an hour in advance as required, and they said they would contact and reply, but there was no follow-up and no response, which was a bit disappointing.
Fortunately, the taxi was called smoothly later

MMeimiaodexuanlv_We arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked if we could check in early one day in advance and got a positive response. On the day of check-in, we were upgraded to a deluxe room because the room had not been cleaned yet. Five stars for the service of the guy who checked us in that day.
The room is large, the facilities are intact, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. It has everything you need, which is good.
