GGuest UserThe room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff (the young man) was super helpful. Most importantly, there was no smell of smoke. This is definitely my top choice every time I visit Puning.

GGuest UserBecause the flight was delayed, I arrived at the hotel late. I called the hotel to ask if I would be late. The rooms were all left over by others. The staff said no. The service was very thoughtful. Two cups of tea were served when I checked in at the hotel lobby. Every staff member I met on the way greeted me, which was very good.
The hotel upgraded the guest rooms for free. The TV in the guest room can be projected. The hardware and software facilities are very good. The staff sent breakfast for two people, and the security staff helped with the luggage. There are also books downstairs that can be brought to the room to read. Not bad

YyinzchenReally near railway station but it is far from center town. Can take Didi / taxi everywhere. No speaking english but can chat with wechat with the resepsionist. The resepsionist is really helpful and we got welcome snack. Unexpected the toilet is smart toilet without bidet.

Rooms are ckean and nice.
The hotel staff has done a great job.
There is free self help washing machine, but location is at roof and is spooky to go up in the night, avoid night time.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very old, the carpet is dirty, the sofa cover is cracked and one side of the seat is dented. The faucet will open automatically after being turned off. After studying for a long time, I can only twist it to the far right to lock it. It’s just that everything is too old.
However, during the Chinese New Year, this one is the cheapest among the more formal hotels in Puning, and there are no other options. At 10 o'clock that night, I found that there was no hot water. I called the front desk and said that there was no problem with the equipment. Maybe everyone was gathering together to use it and asked me to wait. At 12:30, there was still no hot water, so I went to bed directly. As a Cantonese, this is the first time since I was 3 years old that I went to bed without taking a shower🙃

MM45927****The breakfast was such a delightful surprise, Shantou breakfast is truly divine! A long row of specialty side dishes neatly arranged, paired with smooth local congee – there were so many options it was hard to choose. It really captured the authentic Shantou flavor!
The room was clean and tidy, and the young ladies at the front desk were warm and attentive! They even gave me a free room upgrade and recommended delicious food and fun attractions around the hotel. It was a wonderful trip!

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, the design style is very poking my heart, the running water is very comfortable, there is a foot massage hairdressing downstairs (an additional charge is required, there is another arrangement to not experience it). The fly in the ointment is that the quality of the disposable items provided is not very good (the toothbrush will shed hair and open the fork as soon as it is brushed, which affects the mood), and the breakfast is not good.

Parent-child travel still have to choose easy and not tired mother! I chose Panlong Bay Hot Spring Hotel. The room is very large, very clean, and very convenient. I have a buffet with my parents and children. There is also a snow and ice world. Children are not willing to go. I really love it and the service is very good. I really have a second plan.
