GGuest UserThis stay experience exceeded expectations and must be five-star praise! The hotel is conveniently located, and travel and dining are very convenient. The front desk service is warm and professional, the check-in is fast and efficient, and the attitude is gentle and intimate. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, and you sleep well all night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, the supplies are complete, and the details are in place. The public area is clean and elegant, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The overall price is very high, the service, health, facilities are impeccable, and the living is safe and comfortable. It is suitable for business trips or travel, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is comfortable, and the various configurations are novel and complete. The room itself is very cost-effective! The staff also have a good sense of service and a friendly attitude. The downside is that the breakfast is a bit simple. Another thing is that the hotel rooms are only on the 5th and 6th floors, while the 3rd and 4th floors are Vienna International (it is said that both floors belong to the same owner). The hotel elevator is not exclusive and feels a bit messy, which is a flaw! But the hotel itself is rare in Puning, and the stay was very comfortable and satisfactory!

The hotel floor attendants have a very good service attitude, warm and thoughtful, the room facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean and tidy, the room decoration is retro style bathroom is very dry and wet, the bed is relatively large and comfortable, and there is a larger child who needs to add a quilt. The waiter with the quilt is very good. It is a waitress who feels very kind and the service is very warm. He took the initiative to add a toiletries for us. It is recommended. I will choose to stay next time!

GGuest UserA very spacious, quiet and clean hotel to stay in. Breakfast is simple but just nice fulfilling the basic needs of protein, carbo, fibre and vitamins. Staff are helpful. Some very nice local specialty food is just few hundred meters away. Highly recommended to stay here.

The hotel staff has done a great job.
There is free self help washing machine, but location is at roof and is spooky to go up in the night, avoid night time.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very old, the carpet is dirty, the sofa cover is cracked and one side of the seat is dented. The faucet will open automatically after being turned off. After studying for a long time, I can only twist it to the far right to lock it. It’s just that everything is too old.
However, during the Chinese New Year, this one is the cheapest among the more formal hotels in Puning, and there are no other options. At 10 o'clock that night, I found that there was no hot water. I called the front desk and said that there was no problem with the equipment. Maybe everyone was gathering together to use it and asked me to wait. At 12:30, there was still no hot water, so I went to bed directly. As a Cantonese, this is the first time since I was 3 years old that I went to bed without taking a shower🙃

MMAO ZHIQIANGThe experience of staying at Baizhi Hotel (Puning Wantai Huiwantai Xintiandi Store) was great! The Zhiyue King Room is spacious and comfortable, the sanitary details are superb, and the bedding is soft and clean. The hotel has an elegant environment, surrounded by Wantaihui business district, shopping and eating are super convenient. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is efficient and intimate. The facilities are also very new, the smart equipment is used smoothly, the overall exceeded expectations, highly recommended!
