I stayed at your hotel on a business trip this time. My first impression after entering was very good. The lobby environment is elegant, the reception service at the front desk is very good and very welcoming. The facilities in the room are well-equipped with brand-new facilities and equipment. The overall environment is good and the room is very clean. I set a twin room, that is, after visiting the beach, the air conditioner in the room was broken at about 5 o'clock, and I reported it to the front desk and began to repair it. I thought that I could fix it when I went out to eat. I came back to the room at around 9 o'clock and didn't repair it. I asked the front desk and said that I was rushing to repair it. I thought that the National Day should be a tight housing and I have been waiting. At about 10 o'clock, the waiter and the master came to the room twice, saying that it would be better to wait a few minutes, and there was no more text until 11 o'clock in the evening. Although it is autumn, Maoming is still very hot. The room is not air-conditioned and it is not easy to sleep. I also travel with my children. Waiting until 11:30 in the evening, the children were too sleepy, went to the front desk to ask, and coordinated to change me to a big bed room.
I asked the front desk before and told me that the air conditioner on the whole 2nd floor was all bad and was being repaired. I also understood that I had been waiting. The last room I changed was still on the 2nd floor. The air conditioner in the room was good. Obviously there is a room with good air conditioning, and it is really delayed. It was too hot, the child was too sleepy, and I went to the front desk to ask to change the room. If I didn't ask for the processing result, I would be regarded as nothing.

Although the hotel is a bit far away from city it was an amazing experience. Rooms were clean and didn't smell dusty. Hallways were neat and quiet. All staff from front desk to cleaning staff were friendly. Only one fault was when showering the water will go to boiling hot then ice cold. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you want to relax in peace and quiet. My baby enjoyed feeding the koi fish and watching the performance at night.

Traveling here is really full of surprises. The staff at the front desk were very nice. They upgraded the room type and fruits. The child was very happy, but I forgot to bring a swimming ring. The staff at the front desk even borrowed one for me. It was great. The room faced the sea. It's great to watch the sunrise and sunset. It's hygienic and clean. The facilities in the scenic area are complete and the environment is good. It's also great to go to the beach in this weather. There are performances in the evening. It's so comfortable to have a buffet dinner with the sea breeze in the evening. I look forward to taking my family with me next time. Come and play again

I went there because despite being far from everything, I don´t mind if it´s a nice place. I was lured by the nice pics with the blue sea, but what I found was disappointing, very calm, yes and so closed to the beach that you can hear the sea from the room. that I loved. What I didn't like much was that the water was brown-ish, I didn´t even dare to get in there.
As for the hotel, first the good thing: LEO in the front desk went far and beyond to help me with my requirements, really seemed like the only person there willing to help customers.
The room was clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed.
The hotel has a pretty floating church where you can take nice pictures, it[s popular for weddings as I could evidence.
Now, the not so good: Service wasn't as nice as you would expect for the price they charge; besides LEO, as I already mentioned, and the nice lady at the entrance of the restaurant, the rest of the staff was rather uninterested and unpolite. I went to the swimming pool the first day and there weren't any towels available. I asked one of the guys there (as of today I don't know what they were doing besides sitting on a chair and spitting all afternoon) if they could get me a towel and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get one...it was a 10 min walk from the swimming pool). I asked also the lady in the little convenience store next to the pool and the answer was the same. I went, asked LEO, he apologized and got me a towel (took them 10 mins to get a clean towel for me) and I finally could go.
Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese, and so is all in the hotel, mostly for Chinese couples who want to take nice pictures... I don't know what I was expecting, I though I would find a more foreigner-friendly environment, but I still have to learn to lower my expectations.

The staff are very polite and friendly. They answer all questions and respond quickly to guests' requests, such as getting a few more hangers or bottled water. There are not many breakfast options, but it is enough if you don't have high requirements. It should be a better choice in Xinyi. It's a bit of a pity that I forgot to take pictures! GGuest UserFour families went out together for team building. They only booked 3 double-bed rooms, and they all squeezed into the floor. The package includes tickets for everyone, breakfast for two, free picking of a pound of Sanhua plums, 10% off coupons for meals, and Free afternoon tea for 38 yuan, free pick-up and drop-off by sightseeing bus wherever you want to go, available at your call. We ate at the Xiaoman Kitchen Restaurant on the top of the mountain at noon and ordered a set barbecue in the evening. We added some ingredients ourselves. The environment is beautiful and there are not many people. It is best for relaxing and living a slow life. Although there are not many attractions in the park, we can stop and go and pick Sanhua Li, when you are tired, you can call a taxi and sit on the balcony to relax all afternoon. It is very comfortable. The staff in the park have a good service attitude, especially Xiao Wu and Xiao Jing. They respond to our requests and try their best to meet our requirements. This trip can be regarded as a stepping stone. Next time I have the opportunity to organize a meeting with clients. The only downside is that the breakfast is very ordinary and I hope it can be improved!

The room has a bathtub, a garden view, a Western European architectural style, and a seaside coconut style. SSally_Yang0708We booked a deluxe king-size room. When we checked in at the hotel front desk, the front desk lady upgraded us to a river view king-size room for free. After we checked in, the housekeeper lady kindly gave us welcome fruits and travel guides for nearby scenic spots. We returned to the hotel after going out for fun in the afternoon. As this place is close to Ma'an Bamboo Sea and surrounded by mountains, it is cool after nightfall, so we need to turn on the heating. Later, as there was a problem with the heating in the room, the housekeeper lady (Xiaoqing) helped coordinate the upgrade to a hot tub suite, which is on the 5th floor of the hotel and has a swimming pool, gym, and free laundry room ~ The view is mountain and river views as soon as you step out of the terrace! Later we played for one more day and stayed for another night. The hotel also extended our stay for free at the price of a deluxe king-size bed. It was really great. 👍For breakfast, since there were not many people staying, the lady will give you a menu to order from, and it will be cooked immediately. I asked the lady in the restaurant, and she said that a buffet will be opened when there are 20 people. Since I checked in on a weekday, it did not meet the standard for a buffet, but this did not affect the quality of the food. There were both Chinese and Western food.
