The only bad thing is the impression left by the store manager. I originally planned to stay for only one night, but later decided to extend it for another night. The next morning when I was going through the extension procedures, the store manager came. After learning that the waiter upgraded my room the night before, he directly scolded the waiter: ”Didn't I say that third-party orders cannot be upgraded, and we must protect the rights and interests of our own members!” As a member of Ctrip, the third party, I was embarrassed on the spot...
I took my baby to the beach to play, and ate peaches and other things and got my clothes dirty. I went to the front desk to ask for a laundry detergent. When the waiter was quickly searching the cabinets, the store manager was mumbling: ”Didn't I ask you to classify all the things, ...” blah blah. The waiters didn't say anything. After finding it, they quickly handed it to me, and said sincerely, ”I'm sorry, sister, I kept you waiting for a long time.” Or I was willing to give them time to search through the boxes to find it, after all, they just opened and needed to get familiar with it. But the store manager was showing off her presence at the side, which was really inappropriate.
In addition, the store manager helped me to purchase the Huazhu Club Gold Card on my mobile phone, and when she wanted to help me renew the room fee for one night, she was operating her mobile phone at the same time. I glanced at it and saw that she opened the Super Store Manager and was changing the price at the same time... I don't know if it was a misunderstanding, but it added to my feelings...
It was almost eight o'clock when we returned to the hotel in the evening. Thinking about the store manager, she arrived at the store at 7:30 in the morning and had been on duty for 12 hours.
