The room on Changxing North Road was full. I booked Tsinghua Hotel with the mentality of giving it a try. I was basically satisfied. The price was not expensive. I loved instant noodles for breakfast. The millet thick rice was also very good. The hometown taste was tired of the journey!

This is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Shanxi. The Light Luxury Hotel really lived up to expectations.
Facilities: Complete and practical, especially the bathroom is not only separated from wet and dry, but also equipped with a smart toilet, which is high-end and comfortable.
Environment: European style decoration, warm, fashionable and avant-garde
Hygiene: very clean and refreshing
Service: The waiters are warm and thoughtful. From the reception to the check-out, the professional service is touching. The customer service cleaning lady thoughtfully sent me a steam eye mask when she saw me working on the computer. The snacks and fruits delivered to the room every day further reflected the hotel's attentiveness. The breakfast is rich, the dishes are not only nutritionally balanced, but also carefully matched with colors. It is highly recommended.

The hotel staff called in advance to contact whether they need to pick up the station. The pick-up staff provided good service. I spent a long time choosing a hotel in Changzhi. I wanted to find a family room. As a result, I booked a regular room at Runerlai and noted the family room. When I got here, they actually reserved it for me. Because I have two kids, it is really convenient to have a small bed. . There is a small slide in the room, which is very good. The two kids had a lot of fun.
Next to the hotel is the Xinghuatang Restaurant. I went to eat while waiting for the room to be cleaned. It was very delicious.
The hotel breakfast is also very rich. There is everything, including popsicles😂😂

What to say, this resort hotel is a holiday, a bit far-fetched. The business ability of the front desk staff needs to be improved.
The bracelet has to go to the front desk to swipe the card every day. Meal coupons are also given every day, which is very inconvenient.
The water cup in the room is paper. The noodle pool is next to the bed, very close, the faucet sometimes nourishes water, and the water splashes on the bed.
No refrigerator.
If you clean, you will not clean it without taking the initiative. Garbage will not be poured.
We are on the 5th floor, I don't know why, there are always many people in the corridor at night, shouting and running back and forth. Living is awakened.
There are few varieties of breakfast and the place to eat is very cramped. There are always people smoking! ! !
So this hotel is more like a car and horse shop than a resort hotel.

The service is very good, the hotel is newly opened, the sanitary environment is better, just booked for one day, and then came back from Taihang Mountain because of snow and rebooked for two days. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is about one kilometer away from Bayi Square and Wanda. There is no car and no problem. A very fireworks view was taken at the entrance of the hotel.

長治東站跟機場過來都很方便。當年是火車車廂改造的，空間足夠大，乾濕分區，雙人洗漱空間。一次性用品都很不錯，服務也非常贊，進門到房間都有人送。中途需要什麼東西也都送的很迅速。外部環境是個露營中心，環境還是不錯，但是我們冬天來稍顯荒涼，晚上很漂亮。配套還有餐飲酒吧。周邊沒有小吃，但是點外賣非常方便。
