Leonardo Hotel Exeter ★★★★
"I stayed with my partner for 2 nights, and it was an enjoyable stay. The beds are very comfortable, but duvets are too hot for this time of year. The shower is awkward and and is a bit small but good pressure. The overall space of the room is great for the size."
Mill on the Exe ★★★★
"It is rare nowadays to find a hotel and eaterie that goes out of its way to be helpful and accommodating. Everybody here, without exception, has been so welcoming and they really set the bar high in terms of customer service."
Exeter Court Hotel ★★★
"Wish the room had aircon! All staff brilliant. Will definitely revisit. Perfect for our 2 day stay for a wedding nearby. Food in restaurant excellent"
Premier Inn Exeter City Centre ★★★
"Nice hotel with good size clean rooms. The air-con worked very well. Staff were very nice. We can't comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel. Our only negative was the lack of parking for disabled drivers despite having 2 designated parking bays, apparently guests aren't allowed to use them!! There is a public car park about a 10 minute walk away, but be aware that the walk back to the hotel in on an incline, so a bit tricky if you have mobility issues. We managed to find a space on a parking meter in the end, a few minutes walk away."
The Devon Hotel ★★★
"Great staff, room was clean enough but bathroom facilities were quite small and breakfast was average."
Hotel Indigo EXETER by IHG ★★★★
"A super experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location could not have been better if you want to be based in the centre of Exeter. Breakfast met all expectations."
The Gissons Hotel ★★★
"Really happy with the room and the member of staff who checked us in was really friendly and explained everything. It's a shame the bar and restaurant is not open I could see real potential there. Local restaurants nearby so not a problem"
Hotel du Vin Exeter ★★★★
"The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the window! The service was excellent, and it was very close to the St. Luke's campus! The environment was clean and hygienic, with a bathroom and toilet! The space was very large!!"
Holiday Inn Express EXETER - CITY CENTRE by IHG ★★★
"Breakfast was awful on second morning I did not bother and warm Aircon’s not working all the time"

St Andrews Hotel
"Overall good experience, however it was surprising to see no handwashing liquid at the bathroom sink. I had to use the body wash as an alternative."
City Gate
"Lovely stay at the City Gate hotel; great location and room was lovely! Nice bar area and good food in the pub too."
Queens Court Hotel
"The hotel is located near the city and is very convenient. The service staff are very friendly. The breakfast is rich and delicious. All the staff work hard to provide hospitality. It is very close to the Central train station within walking distance."
Mr & MRS Smith Weeke Barton
"Bank holiday weekend with the extended family - Weeke Barton was perfect. 6 x en-suite rooms, plenty of living space with cosy nooks if you wanted. Bedrooms were well appointed and apportioned. The layout worked perfectly allowing the younger family members at one end of the house allowing the less young a quieter morning. The kitchen is large and well equipped and in the dining room there’s a table big enough to sit 12. Outside is lovely - sitting areas, fire pit (we didn’t use) BBQ. We did enjoy cricket on the artificial wicket! A lovely place to stay and we would recommend"
Travelodge Exeter M5
"Fantastic clean hotel, perfect location & easy accessible. Friendly staff. Clean rooms & bathroom. And helpful staff."
Courtyard Exeter Sandy Park
"Excellent location for city centre visits - great service, good breakfast and amazing views!"
Woodbury Park Hotel & Spa
"As usual with my frequent visit to this area I find Woodbury Park hotel has been my preferred place to stay. Staff are lovely kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel satin a very picturesque location surrounded by pleasant scenery. Hotels and rooms are very clean and well attended to. Restaurant services are clean and impeccable. Credit goes to the chefs and the team who managed the service. I have had a pleasant breakfast service during my stay at Woodbury. I hope the staff and the team at Woodbury keep up the good work and encourage us to use them during my future trips to the area."
The Exeter Inn
"The food was fine and the service OK, but be aware that the menu and pricing are nothing like what’s on their website. We went in based on what we saw on the website, and the menu was much more limited than we expected (themed nights), and the food somewhat more expensive."
South View Lodges
"Second time staying at these beautiful lodges, first time in Kingfisher and now in Cedar. Exemplary hosts, beautiful surroundings and 5* lodges - not many places you can visit where you can honestly say everything has been thought about. This visit we booked one of their alpaca experiences and spent a lovely time feeding and meeting the herd. Highly recommend for a peaceful visit and great location for visiting Exeter and the surround area."
The Telstar
"The food was delicious and the room was clean. The amenities are limited to what's listed on the website, so if you need anything else, you might want to bring your own shampoo, body wash, tissues, etc."
The Exeter Inn
"We went to this Inn for a family of 22 birthday Sunday lunch, and they really looked after us. The food came out after about 15 minutes of us being there, but we were nice and settled at our table. The desert did however, not follow for another 60 minutes, but the place was very busy. The food and service were excellent, as was the warm welcome. Will deffo be back."
Spicery Barn Loft
Springwell Lodge
The Globe
"The location and friendly, helpful staff were excellent. The food quality was as good as the most expensive restaurants we have dined at. The price of the food was less than charged by many other restaurants. Well done The Globe,we will return."
Townhouse Exeter
"Behind us is David's Church and a small area of tombstones. It was a bit scary to see them when we arrived at night, but I participated in church activities during the day, and understood the local culture. I also found the culture shock quite interesting. In the following days, I would walk through the cemetery to take a shortcut."
