"The hotel is very new, and you can smell the decoration as soon as you enter the door. The front desk is very enthusiastic, which is the only enthusiastic service I encountered. The room is not big, but clean. The breakfast is the most unsatisfactory, there are few varieties, and you have to bake the muffins yourself. There are not many breads, and the milk is gone and not added. The coffee is very light and not tasty. I booked it very early, but the price is one thousand more expensive, which is a bit depressing. It is only worth 1500 yuan. Don't stay if it's over 2000 yuan."

"Room was quiet and clean. Nice to have the gas fireplace for extra warmth. Bed was acceptable, not hard but not soft. Biggest complaint was we never could seem to get hot water in the shower or sink. At best, it was lukewarm which made for a chilly shower in January. Staff was very pleasant and helpful when we interacted with them."

"Beautiful hotel, right downtown, with truly exceptional service and delicious breakfast. I arrived very late after a long travel day, and accidentally left my key in the door, which could be dangerous in the city's downtown as a solo traveler. The hotel does hourly rounds, found my key quickly, and had it at the front desk for me first thing the next morning. The room was immaculate and newly remodeled with really nice details such as custom tile. The breakfast tasted home-cooked with eggs, bacon, and even fresh donuts. The only (minimal) downside was that I did not find a hair dryer in the room. I'll gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Eugene!"
