GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, right downtown, with truly exceptional service and delicious breakfast. I arrived very late after a long travel day, and accidentally left my key in the door, which could be dangerous in the city's downtown as a solo traveler. The hotel does hourly rounds, found my key quickly, and had it at the front desk for me first thing the next morning. The room was immaculate and newly remodeled with really nice details such as custom tile. The breakfast tasted home-cooked with eggs, bacon, and even fresh donuts. The only (minimal) downside was that I did not find a hair dryer in the room. I'll gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Eugene!

AAdelayde.CLay over for a night before driving back to Canada , the room is clean and spacious, the front desk lady was so helpful as I have a baby and stroller so they moved us to the main building with elevator. They provided hot breakfast for my family. My kids love the swimming pool and gym.

The switch on the bedside lamp is really not easy to press, it is close to the bracket, and the switch is huge. Anyway, the price/performance ratio is not high recently because it tastes bad. AAnonymous User101 Self-driving tour passing by for one night. After all, it is the quality assurance lever of IHG. The room is clean, the facilities are perfect, quiet, comfortable and cost-effective. It is worth mentioning that breakfast is the best in this fast hotel. Whether it is taste or choice diversity, it can satisfy the picky Chinese stomach. You can also pack five stars freely. The only thing is that you can check in and give the room card to open the door. I ran up and down twice. (It should be that the door lock is out of power or the induction is not very good) I hope I can check it in advance next time.

小小毅翔The hotel has a good location just beside the University of Oregon. There are supermarkets, market of choice, Starbucks, Korean food, and Chinese buffet nearby. In the traditional motel, the car is parked directly at the door of the room. It is quite clean. The breakfast is simple, but as long as you check in, it is delivered, regardless of whether you have breakfast or not when you book the hotel. The coffee in the lobby is good, and it tastes like Nestle

JJJin87We stayed at room 103, it has a funny smell and the blanket stinks. Maybe the funny smell of air refresher is trying to cover the stink. No shampoo or body wash is offered. Would not stay here again.
