Hotel reception team is very professional. Good service

The room is large and cozy. The street view is beautiful. The front desk clerk is handsome and enthusiastic. He responds quickly to any needs. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast tastes good and the restaurant waiters are also polite and enthusiastic.

The room was clean, well laid out and spacious.

The hotel has tight security, so you can be assured. There's a convenient supermarket nearby. The environment is okay, though I've only stayed at this hotel, so it's hard to compare. The hotel occasionally experiences power outages, and the room door locks are battery-powered and sometimes won't open, which is quite annoying. Everything else is fine.

It is said to be the second best hotel in Erbil. The facilities are a bit old, but the rest is OK. Sometimes the power goes out. I heard that the burgers are delicious. The overall stay is good. The internet speed is poor.

The price is excellent compared to five-star hotels. It is characterized by its tranquility, high-quality service, exquisitely tasteful decor and colors, and very good food at breakfast. It also offers various business services, including meeting rooms of different sizes in a very suitable atmosphere.
