"The location is okay, but the service attitude in the early morning was a bit speechless. They had nothing I asked for and I had to wait a long time. I had to wait for the front desk to finish pushing her membership card (about 20 minutes) before checking in. I'm not a picky person, but I truly admire such dedicated professionalism. I don't mean any harm; your group and store manager's targets must be very strong. Thumbs up to your store manager for completing your card sales tasks and quotas, regardless of anything else – nice! I hope this energy can be put more into improving service, hygiene, and the overall quality of your staff. Just a suggestion from a stranger."

"I won't even mention the outdated hotel facilities and decor, but you do have cleaning staff, right? Couldn't you at least keep the room clean? The carpet was so stained I didn't dare walk barefoot! Even the drinking cups were stained. I had to wash my hands after handling the TV remote and hairdryer. There was all sorts of trash left by previous guests in the sofa crevices—it was disgustingly filthy. Is it because your executive suites don't have high occupancy rates that you can't even be bothered with cleaning? I specifically booked a Ramada, but Ramada really isn't what it used to be. Here are a few pictures I took for you to see."

"The original ecological hot spring experience at Jinjiang Hot Spring is absolutely amazing! It's like stepping into a hidden forest sanctuary for a soak! 🌿 The hot spring area is a natural oxygen bar. I especially loved the pools in the Health Garden, built with natural stones and greenery, blending seamlessly with the surroundings. My favorite was the private bath hidden in a small grove, where the sound of trickling water and the fragrance of plants instantly washed away all my fatigue. Even more surprising was how well-equipped it was! The hot stone slab bath uses natural hot spring water for heating, and lying on it felt so warm and comforting. Many facilities in the hot spring area are made with wooden structures, perfectly complementing the natural ambiance. Every corner was spotless, and even the bluestone paths were non-slip and free of standing water. The staff here were like garden guides, softly directing the way and thoughtfully offering warming tea. This feeling of being gently embraced by nature is just intoxicating. We definitely have to come back with my wife during the National Day holiday to just relax!"

"The hotel has a great natural environment with plenty of greenery and convenient parking. The staff service is quite good, and the swimming lanes and pool facilities are decent. However, the hotel's facility maintenance needs improvement. This includes aging doors and windows, and the exterior walls. Room hygiene was average, and there was a lot of trash in the green belt next to the balcony. The exterior walls were also covered in snails and snail droppings. Additionally, the facilities at Na Jin Gu are old and poorly maintained."
