就在萬年寺索道附近，還包含了2人的索道票，比較實惠。早餐是9宮格套餐。美女前台給升級了房間，風景很好。下次一定有機會再來。推薦！

有些細節壞了，需要整理一下，例如浴缸的排水開關，淋浴間的淋浴桿放置的接頭鬆動，房間裏百葉簾線斷了（我已接上），很喜歡這邊，每年都來幾次住幾天，希望越來越好

設施：房間設施是齊全的，但是比較老舊了
衞生：這一點不太好，房間裏衞生間門把手上厚厚一層灰
環境：這個是可以的，在半山上，空氣清新
服務：前台很熱情，但是整個酒店的反應速度可以提高一些（比如報修了一直不來師傅，早餐定食制，但是沒有阿姨在旁邊，想添東西找不到人等）
總結:因為預期挺高，但是實際有點拉，所以應該是不會回住了，不過包萬年索道還是很划算的。

我以為是峨眉山腰的普通酒店，到了發現要乘坐索道才能到達，下了索道車就到酒店大堂，這個很驚喜。 房間都是半山的小別墅，房間景觀非常美，270度峨眉山景，全方位無死角~ 我跟峨眉山融為一體~ 沉浸式賞景，讓我對峨眉山印象十分深刻！

房間很不錯，已經多年在萬年山居過除夕了，以前還叫萬年雪芽坊的時候就開始了。這次定了一間禪居和一間雅居，禪居有獨立空間供家人圍坐在一起，空間很大。很不錯。雅居的空間也非常棒。這家酒店大部分户型我都住過，任何房型空間尺度感均拉滿。

服務特別不好，所以整體非常影響我對這家酒店的體驗。 主要是前台的服務人員，一個是服務態度不是很好，同時很不專業。 我有物品落下在酒店，讓寄一下，結果酒店粗心記錯了寄給另外客人了，然後就不管了，聯繫不回覆了，非常不負責任。酒店如果能更換專業的管理團隊，前台會更有發展，這個前台和不負責任的團隊非常影響用户體驗！我的物品至今無人處理寄送！
