"Overall, it is very good. The food in the B&B is delicious and beautiful, but the price is a little expensive. The room layout is comfortable, transparent and spacious, especially the bathroom, which feels very good. The scenery is good, and there is no discrepancy between the picture and reality. The furniture, lighting and other decorations of the B&B are very textured and comfortable. I would like to mention a few small points that I personally think are useful for improving the experience: 1. Most hotels and B&Bs will prepare tea bags and coffee, but there are only relatively cheap fruits and snacks in the room, which is really not in line with the room rate of a thousand yuan. 2. Since the B&B has its own coffee shop, can the coffee shop become an additional experience for the guests? For example, enjoy a free cup of coffee per person when checking in. The cost of coffee is low, and making this a unique experience for guests (or guests have a discount price) will give people a more value-for-money experience. 3. The quality of the coffee is not very good. I ordered a cup, which was absolutely over-extracted. The taste was already uncomfortable and bitter, or the beans were not very deep roasted, and it was not very good. And the top-level modoli in Chengdu has not been sold at the price of lying on the island. It is recommended to at least make the product worth the price. 4. Breakfast is served at the check-in area. Although the staff can provide service in time, the noise from walking and talking is a bit loud, which affects the privacy of the space and makes people feel a little uncomfortable."

"the stay was so so good! firstly, before our arrival date, the hotel contacted us on both trip.com & wechat, so our transport to the hotel from emeishan station was smooth. check-in was fuss free as well, and the front office lady xiaoshi was kind, warm, and gave us tips for our trip up emei. we could borrow the hanfu and took pictures in the yard and around the hotel. the facilities were clean, nice, and overall really cosy. breakfast was really good too. and if you prefer to go up the mountain earlier, the hotel will also prepare some light takeaways for you, and thats super thoughtful i’ve read reviews that the location was not as good as those around baoguo; but since we were travelling as a family, this place was peaceful, slightly quieter and very near huangwan visitor centre! To me this was equally as good as hotels that are around baoguo. the trip up emei mountain was quick and fuss free as well, since I got the tickets and boarded the bus from huangwan (about a 5-7 mins walk away from the hotel) which is not much different from baoguo. will definitely stay here again if im visiting this area :))"

"The hotel is conveniently located very close to Mount Emei Scenic Area, making it easy for sightseeing and dining. The air conditioning deserves a special mention; it's rare to find one where all the buttons are clearly labeled with their functions, which was a pleasant surprise. However, perhaps because the hotel shares its developer with the surrounding residential complex, its main entrance is almost indistinguishable from the residential gates. This, combined with a lack of prominent signage, makes it very easy for drivers to miss. I hope they can improve this. On another note, the hotel breakfast was quite good, though the watermelon didn't seem very fresh and the texture wasn't great."

"Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied."

"The room was well-equipped, and the bath towels were specially sterilized and individually sealed, ensuring impeccable hygiene. The latex pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable! Despite our late arrival at 10:30 PM, the staff still greeted us warmly. Upon learning that our child enjoys yogurt, they thoughtfully prepared yogurt, fresh welcome fruits, and snacks for us. The breakfast was also quite good, featuring freshly cooked bacon. The beef and pork rib noodles were delicious, and the complimentary fruit tea was very tasty. My only minor suggestion would be if they could offer freshly ground coffee!"

"Our hotel stay was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and delicious options. The hotel views were absolutely stunning, offering a truly therapeutic ambiance that reminded us of a Miyazaki film. In the evenings, taking the shuttle bus, we enjoyed the gentle breeze while admiring the distant golden rooftops, the expansive forests, and the ripening rice fields. A special shout-out to Xiaoling for her exceptionally thoughtful service, including delicious coffee, building blocks for the kids, and even a grape souvenir."

"I was having a quick refreshing stop over in Emeishan before my busy time of work . The hotel owners were very friendly and provided all the helpful travel tips. The hotel is located at the foot of Emei Mountains with the beautiful backdrop of mountain range as well as easy location to access local restaurants, shops and the tourist center. The breakfast was generous and beautiful. The hot pool in my room was perfect and really relaxing !"

"The best hotel at the foot of Mount Emei, live directly in nature! The housekeeper Xiaoyu took the initiative to add WeChat on the first day of our stay, and told us about the hotel's parent-child activities. He also upgraded the Sima House for us, which made us feel like we were on vacation! Sitting in the pavilion outside the cabin in the morning to enjoy the green grass and swans in the lake; listening to the sweet chirping of birds; feeling the gentle breeze is so comfortable 🍃 After a hearty breakfast, take the baby to participate in parent-child activities: archery, rock climbing, tie-dyeing, playing in the water... The hotel staff is enthusiastic and patient with the children, and they are quite professional! In order to let the tired baby have a good rest, they also took the initiative to handle the late check-out for us. The baby kept shouting that he didn't want to leave, and even we adults didn't want to leave! Great environment and service, I will definitely come often in the future!"

"We initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks."
