Old Tree Courtyard (Emei Mountain Scenic Area Store)

This is my first time writing a review. The front desk service attitude is really good. They patiently explained to us how to arrange the mountain climbing and where to eat and have fun. After the traffic control, they guided us to other routes to enter the service center.

The tea in the teapot may not have been cleaned for a year, it was moldy and disgusting. Even the bed sheets were rotten and had several holes on them. The paper was moldy in large areas. Breakfast was only noodles or porridge, which was very simple. In addition, the bathroom had a strong smell of urine. I have never seen such a bad four-diamond hotel.

The room was very nice, but the bed seemed to be sunken, so there was a lot of space and the kids liked it. The breakfast was also very good.

They even helped me call to ask if there was a queue for the cable car on the mountain and whether there were many people. I forgot something in the previous hotel and called for express delivery, which required payment on delivery. The front desk of this hotel paid for it for me first. When I left, I forgot my power bank at their front desk again. As a result, the lady boss chased me out half a mile to deliver it to me. I was really sorry to bother them. Let's talk about eating. I like their breakfast very much because the noodles are delicious, and they are served with an egg, a cold dish, a pickle and an orange. It feels very comfortable to eat. Speaking of the room, the mountain view I stayed in this time was really great. Sitting on the balcony, drinking tea, watching the mountains and eating cherries, it was very comfortable. Speaking of the scenery, my favorite is their old tree that guards the house. It is in the middle of the courtyard, with tables and chairs placed below. It is also very comfortable to drink tea and chat. It feels like a place for self-cultivation. Haha. Their location is very good, 3 minutes walk from Huangwan Visitor Center, which is convenient for going up the mountain. In addition, there is a free shuttle bus to the Emeishan Railway Station Visitor Center. If you go to Emei Railway Station, there is also a bus No. 1 next to the visitor center, which costs 1 yuan and takes 30 minutes. If there are any shortcomings, there are still some. The equipment in the house is a bit old, the water for the shower is not big, and it seems that the air conditioner does not have warm air. But the flaws do not outweigh the merits, and I still recommend this homestay.
