酒店環境不錯，房間周圍森林環繞着房間，住着很舒服設施設備很齊全，還有暖心百寶匣物資很豐富，早餐自助也很豐富很好吃地方菜品很多，森林裏麪泡温泉非常舒服房間裏面的私湯也是很享受，客户管家服務熱情周到，前台服務也很不錯，有求必應服務貼心下次還來這兩天峨眉山天氣也很宜人值得來一趟

酒店選址太絕，被青山環繞，步行就能到湖邊，鬱鬱葱葱的山林，清晨聽着鳥鳴醒來，傍晚看夕陽灑在林間，隨手拍都是治癒風景。房間佈置温馨，衞生做得細緻，洗漱用品也很高級。管家特別貼心，入住期間為我們提供了很多便利，主動幫忙搬行李，還詳細介紹了景區遊玩攻略。早餐中西式都有，新鮮又好吃。這樣的神仙酒店，下次來肯定還選它！

趁着空閑時坐高鐵來峨眉山，住了幾天的禪意山居，體驗不錯的，酒店環境優美，大廳裝修非常有意境，房間比較大，温馨乾淨，還自帶温泉泡池，足不出户都能享受温泉帶來的舒適，早餐豐盛，多種多樣！酒店有管家服務，隨時可以聯繫，服務熱情周到。酒店相鄰峨眉十景蘿峯晴雲，就像住在森林裏的感覺一樣的！休閑度假很合適！

來到酒店的這幾天都是下雨天，讓我感受到了不一樣的峨眉山，滿眼都是綠油油的樹，山水相間，晚上還可以聽着蟲鳴睡覺。
房間超乾淨，床品軟乎乎的，管家也巨貼心，主動幫忙送行李到房間，並且很有耐心為我講解房間內所有能享受到的服務，給我安利周邊徒步路線。
早餐有好多本地特色小吃，尤其是中餐更是數不勝數。
沒有白來，住的很滿意。以後有機會定會帶上家人過來。

趁着暑假來峨眉山旅遊，酒店佔地面積很大，酒店相鄰峨眉十景蘿峯晴雲，大廳裝修非常高級。很有禪意的感覺！房間比較大，設施齊全，温馨乾淨，酒店被森林覆蓋，早餐種類豐盛，味道不錯。温泉是森林温泉，足不出户就能享受！泡起來非常的舒服，客户管家很熱情，友好真誠，森林酒店值得再來體驗！點贊！

這是我住過最差的5星酒店了，一間房費是2600元一晚上，開了兩間房，我們是在成都天府機場，租車自己開車過去的，也按照酒店的要求把車停在了酒店停車位裏面了，連續下了兩天雨，天氣預報已經發了預警訊息了，但是酒店一直沒有通知他們的停車場存在安全隱患，直到酒店的樹被雨從山上沖下來把我們的車砸壞才告訴我們，他們的停車場可能會有樹木被沖下來，砸壞車子。
一大清早的我愛人就被喊起來説需要下去挪一下車，説以免山上的樹枝掉下來砸傷車輛，我愛人下去一看樹已經砸到車上了，全車都是泥漿，他們是看見我們的車被砸了，才通知我們的，不是去叫我們挪車，而且想把事情矇混去，當時還是在我愛人的一再要求下，他們才把車幫我們沖乾淨看見了好幾塊掉漆跟凹下去的小坑。
如果當時我愛人沒有果決的讓他們當時洗車查看情況，不要求酒店走保險，那就得我們自己承擔後果損失了，當時一整個上午到下午14:00我們都在跟酒店溝通，最後在我愛人的一再要求下酒店才給我們出具了一份責任認定書，證明此次事件造成的車損與我們無關。為了跟酒店解決這事我是當天下午16:15分的飛機差一點就沒趕上。
總之這次的入住體驗非常不好，覺得他們的安全設施非常不靠譜，還有他們的床衹要睡覺翻個身床就好吱嘎響的人人休息不好…
