房間很好 私人管家徐姐從入住前就開始詢問我的行程 到酒店後還送了登山杖 真的感受到和家裡一樣的感覺 以後有機會還會入住咱們酒店

環境非常優美，躺在床上就可以看到美景！房間乾淨，冬天入住雖然空間大也很温暖，接待人員簡靜非常熱情貼心，必須誇獎，高鐵站接送很方便，不用在寒風中等車

早早就把空調暖氣開好了，進去很暖和，管家黃娟小姐姐特別負責任，知道我們兩個要冬季走長線峨眉山，出發前一直叮囑安全問題，還有需要攜帶的東西，她那邊還有備用品可以讓我們帶。當天爬山下雨又下雪，小姐姐一路上都在聯繫詢問我們爬到哪了，就擔心雨天路滑不安全。最後的確下雨天黑很早我們中途選擇下撤在清音閣住店，一直到酒店入住了黃娟姐姐才放心下來…回頭再來峨眉山還會住你們家的，真的很温馨有人情味

房間乾淨整潔，湯池也很大，服務很到位，感謝我的管家小李，當天一早就聯繫我確定到的時間，並且提前把房間空調打開，我們到了房間很温暖，晚上外面吃飯，怕回去泡湯太晚，管家主動提出可以幫我們放湯池，晚飯後回去就可以泡了，早餐是送到房間的，提示我們早餐份量較小，一直建議我們多點一點，有什麼問題都回復很及時，也會推薦一些當地美食，很棒的體驗
