I loved my stay at this hotel! Not only was the hot spring and the lights beautiful especially after mountain climbing but also we loved the staff - they helped us at every moment , even calling us a taxi when we needed . I couldn’t recommend this place more and it’s my favourite place I’ve stayed in China ! The room was comfortable and the washing machine was great. Thanks again!

I was deceived by the hotel's promotional pictures and information, it looked very high-end. It was almost 10 o'clock in the evening when we came down from Mount Emei. They said you can choose to check out, but why couldn't you explain the situation in advance or notify us earlier. As a result, the hotel with more than 200 rooms only has 20 parking spaces, and you have to go outside to find a parking space yourself. The hot water ran out halfway through taking a shower, and you had to wait for it to heat up. The air conditioner outdoor unit was also very noisy. The breakfast is even more annoying. If you arrive before 9 o'clock, there will be no food. You can only make do with it yourself. I am speechless. I would be sorry if I don't give a bad review.
