I loved my stay at this hotel! Not only was the hot spring and the lights beautiful especially after mountain climbing but also we loved the staff - they helped us at every moment , even calling us a taxi when we needed . I couldn’t recommend this place more and it’s my favourite place I’ve stayed in China ! The room was comfortable and the washing machine was great. Thanks again!

被酒店宣傳圖片及資料欺騙，看起高大尚。我們是晚上從峨眉山下來已經差不多10點鐘，説你可以選擇退房，為什麼不能提前説明情況，或者早點通知。結果是200多個房間的酒店衹有20個停車位，還需要自己到外面去找停車位，熱水更是洗到一半發現沒有熱水了，還要等加熱，空調外機也是噪聲大得很。早餐更是氣人，9點鐘以前到就沒有飯菜，也是自己看着辦，無語，不給差評都對不起。

設施：非常非常齊全 什麼都有 缺什麼的話直接找前台要 前台都會拿過來
衞生：很乾凈 一進門就給人很舒服的感覺
環境：超級高級的感覺 和圖片中的一模一樣
服務：前台小姐姐服務很好 很耐心幫忙處理任何問題 還幫我們主動搬行李🧳
雙人無限次室外湯池:超級無敵好的温泉 衹不過可惜我們沒時間去泡泡 下次一定去泡下

我們訂的時候不知道酒店是帶湯池的跟接送的，到了後前台告訴我們房間含湯池，看到他們温泉裏面的燈光真漂亮，金頂下來泡個温泉，真的舒服，他們房間在小區裏面，跟希爾頓挨着，這個價格我感覺超值！衞生環境都不賴
