"I never made it to my hotel. I arrived the city around 8 pm. The surroundings were dark, the map led to a restaurant. When I asked one of the customers of the restaurant, they pointed to different directions. I still followed but could not find the hotel. I had to find another hotel last minute, I never succeeded finding the place. I called the number provided many times, answered with a message that they will respond in 2 hours. Even if I decided to find another accommodation, the hotel never called. This is not a safe location especially for solo travellers."

"The room was large and clean with a balcony facing the pool and the sea. The bed was wide and comfortable. There is a refrigerator and a coffee machine in the room. The shower and toilet are clean and tidy. From the direction of the room you could see Aqaba from afar. The dining room is large, the selection of breakfast and dinner was rich and there was a dilemma about what to choose. Adjacent to the hotel is a large swimming pool. You can reach the beach in a short walk. A short walk from the hotel is the promenade, and within a short walk you can reach two shopping malls. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel."

"Good Location, Adequate Facilities, Poor Service Stayed: 2 nights Location: Great location about 1 km from the beach, overlooking the harbor and within easy walking distance of tourist areas. Rooms & Property: Rooms are dated and show noticeable wear, but are fine for short stays. Public areas are bright, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and well organized. Service: Service was the biggest disappointment. No curbside assistance upon arrival and security made no effort to acknowledge or help. Check-in was unfriendly and disengaged. Our room wasn’t ready and luggage storage was handled poorly — bags were left in an open, unsecured room with no staff oversight. Front desk interactions remained unhelpful throughout our stay, lacking even basic courtesies. Overall: Good location and acceptable accommodations, but service did not meet expectations. Would not choose to stay here again."

"We were 4 nights 5 days with the retired people...the hotel looks wonderful but some things not so good....in the little room I got (even I am disabled) I got a bath instead of a shower I asked.....only 3 electric sockets,the furniture is very old...at arrivals very nice with snacks....food was wonderful...but the orange juice is 80%water and 20% juice....wifi is very very slow...in 3 days we asked only the second day to make our room....but coming back at 12.50 it was not done....the personal at the hotel was very nice.....and respectable...."

"I dont normally give reviews but this place is the worst. It is not a resort or hotel it's one apartment subletted. It stinks terribly. It's hard to locate as there is no place called palmore city resort. The owner is rude and unhelpful. We had no water for over 10 hrs and the owner told us its not his fault or problem and refused to assist. Please stay away from here at all costs. It's overpriced, no breakfast, not beachfront as advertised. Rude unhelpful owner"

"My stay at the Dan Eilat began with a reservation at the Dan Panorama. When I went to check in at the Dan Panorama, I was informed that they were over-booked and that there was a room waiting for me at the (much nicer) Dan Eilat. Everything about my much-too-brief stay at the Dan Eilat was perfect! The staff was wonderful, the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet and breakfast was amazing. The hotel is located right on the beach and I was able to pop right out of the lobby into the Red Sea for my early morning swim -- what a pleasure! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. I would like to thank the Dan chain for the upgrade that introduced me to the hotel that I had heard so much about but had never had the opportunity to visit. I plan to return, hopefully for a longer stay!"

"We go every year for a summer vacation in Eilat, we visited all the hotels in Eilat and for sure this is the best hotel we stayed in! The service is fantastic and all the employees, the cleaner, the waiter, the security guard and the managers do the best job there is. The spa is perfect and the pools are great. The hotel is boutique and hosts about 30 couples in my opinion, which is much more pleasant and fun, the crowds are not noticeable. And the highlight is the food, in my life I have never been to a hotel that serves dishes at such a high level in the dining room! Thanks to the entire Harrods team for an amazing experience that ended too quickly☹️"

Special thanks for a guy who cleaned my room on Shabbat and made the bed-you are awesome an do a great job,cuddos!!!! Some small cons-pillows too soft for my taste-used 2 and still wasnt comfortable enough,no chairs)))We took U family superior.I give 4.5 stars"

The gallery floor is perfect for children. The half board allowed us to relax and rest, and the food was good. "I was in this hotel with my parents in the 80's and came back last week with my husband and it was a great surprise to see how the workers there are so nice and smiling and helpful with anything, from the house keeping, to the waiters and bar etc. Smiling and nice even though not everybody is always nice to them so big up to the Neptune team The rooms are nice and clean, we got a beautiful view on the red sea and they even treat us with a bottle of arak and snacks for our honey moon Location is perfect, on the beach and the swimming pool is nice and quiet when they are not ugly people to come with their loud music and cigarettes (even though it is forbidden) definitely recommended!"

"I stayed here for two nights and have very pleasant memories of my stay. I much prefer smaller hotels and the size of the Vista suited me fine. My room was small but clean and pleasant, with a view out towards the rugged Jordanian hills. Meals were excellent with an excellent variety of food. Staff were not exactly effusive but always helpful - not an uncommon experience in Israel. For me the only downside was no wifi in the room. I had to take my laptop to the foyer to access the internet. I've read many of the vastly conflicting reviews of the Vista on this site and am frankly puzzled by the intensity of the some of the negative reviews. They are completely at odds with my experience, particularly with regards to the food, which for me was a highlight of the place. I did not experience any particular noise (maybe I was lucky) and my room was clean. I would definitely stay here again based on my last stay. As others have said, the hotel is well located, close to many of the big chain hotel monstrosities that abound in Eilat. It is a very pleasant 7 mins or so walk to the beach. The taxi ride from the airport took about 5 minutes. The walk to the airport is about 20-25 minutes."

Location is far away from the see and the center. 2. Average food 3. The bed is comfortable but can be some dangerous when approaching or standing up Since the hotel hosts families it cannot be boutique, it has to be adults only. About the location and getting to the beach can be solved by a shuttle that will pick up guests every hour and this cost can be added to the price of the night (very neglectful cost)"

"A relatively new hotel, designed for adults without children. This is not our first time here. The room is clean and tidy but, like last time, the shower is not sealed and the bathroom fills with water, they do not renew the toiletries, the towels are not always clean, they do not remember to put a bath mat every day, the water in the sink does not drain, the sink water tap is not adjusted well so that when you turn on the water you get boiling water, the water flow in the shower is excellent. There is a coffee set in the room, when we arrived there were only 2 capsules instead of 4, they did not renew the supply of capsules. The room includes a balcony with a 'sea' view, in fact you can see a little of the sea and many hotels, including a hotel that is actually under construction including the noise. Limited parking in the area"

"The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great "all-inclusive" service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!"
