"The hotel's location is great, and underground parking is really convenient. The family rooms were fully booked when I made the reservation, so I had to book two twin rooms. When we arrived, the front desk saw we had kids and upgraded us to a family room – that was fantastic! The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The hotel's surroundings are nice, with Wanda Plaza and Walmart supermarket just across the street. The rice noodles at breakfast were especially delicious, and the late check-out until 3 PM was a huge plus."

However, compared to a good rest, everything else is extremely poor. A hotel's purpose is to provide a good resting environment; if you can't rest well, everything else is terrible."

"If you're a skilled driver in Duyun, this is the place to stay. Free car wash (inside and out). Be sure to check the rules before booking! They also provide a foot bath tub. Breakfast is quite plentiful. The only downside is parking, which can be a bit difficult for novice drivers, but there are security guards directing traffic, so it's not too bad. My first choice for my next business trip."

The children especially liked the layout of this room and were forced to live for a day. Unfortunately, the scenic spots in Duyun were not strong. The Science and Technology Museum, Museum, and Doppeng Mountain Scenic Area were closed, and a day wasted."

"This is my first time giving a bad review to a hotel! For a hotel costing over 400 yuan, both the service and facilities are terrible! First, there were no clothes hangers or TV remotes in the room; it took ages to bring them. Second, the air conditioner in the room smelled like swill, and when I told them, they made excuses, saying the room had been occupied by the previous guest for over a month. Is that a valid reason? They reluctantly changed my room, leaving me with a child and a long night of hassle. Third, after changing the room, they didn't properly reset my key card, so when I returned from breakfast the next day, it was invalid and I couldn't get back in. When I called staff, they told me it was locked and I had to wait three minutes to try again—I stood there waiting like an *****! Fourth, the service from top to bottom was extremely poor! It was the kind of poor management where everything was terrible; the attitude was careless and inconsiderate! There was no hot water at the front desk; I asked three times, and they said no each time. Despite all the previous problems, not a single staff member apologized. Fifth, the toilet in the room was extremely loud when I put my hand down, the air conditioner switch was so bright at night that I had to turn it off to sleep, and the parking lot was too narrow; it took forever to get in. In short, from service to facilities to environment, everything was terrible!"

They also provided me with suggestions on where to eat and were overall quite friendly. The room was large and decent. The location is close to the river and a 20 min walk from the historical shopping quarter."
