Excellent customer service from all the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is excellent. Very clean, beautiful and relaxing. It was so nice to wake up with the amazing view of the mountains. I really recommend this place.

Very nice cabins in beautiful nature and very friendly, helpful staff. Relaxing little private pool. Lunch and dinner ok. A refrigerator in the cabin does not exist but would be helpful.

We spent 2 days mid-March in this hotel, mostly because we wanted to be in the middle of nature and have a great view from our room (it is, indeed). The manager, alongside with the gentle lady working at the restaurant upstairs, were very kind. Downsides are the relatively thin wall and I must say, the size of the room. Maybe we didn't pick the best one either! In conclusion, we had a good time there.

Located between the front and back peaks of Qingcheng Mountain. This summer has been incredibly hot. Aside from the heat, there aren't any major issues. The chirping of cicadas fills the air from morning to night. The rooftop view is truly relaxing, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a tranquil retreat.

The location of the hotel is really unique, facing a large mountain, which makes people relax. The negative oxygen ion content in Qingcheng Mountain is really great, very cool and fresh air. The environment is very good, creating the kind of Zen and artistic artistic conception, and it is said that there is also a meditation pavilion. The room has its own private hot spring balcony, and taking a bath at night can really make people feel happy. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the front are also facing the mountain. When you get up and open your eyes, you can see the mountain view. The sounds of nature, birds singing, cuckoos... It's really great🌟 The boss also sent afternoon tea snacks, the attitude is very good and easy-going, and you can also experience the Hanfu culture... The view on the fourth floor is really broad, and you can see very far. The whole restaurant is surrounded by mountain views. The complexity in my heart has disappeared. I will come again next time!

I brought my family to Qingcheng Mountain to soak in the hot springs on the weekend ♨️ I discovered this treasure Hobbit theme cottage 🛖 It's really super cute! ! Very dreamy! The two brothers had a lot of fun. There was a large lawn at the door of the cottage. Dad accompanied them to blow bubbles 🫧 After playing tired, we went to the constant temperature private bath behind the cottage. The family of four ran to the hot spring 🧖♀️ The room is fully equipped and step chairs are thoughtfully prepared for the children 🪑 The little brother of Mingsu provided very good service. When we were about to arrive, he helped us take the suitcases at the door 🧳 He thoughtfully ran the hot spring lights for us 🪔 Mingsu restaurant afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast are all very good! Bar! Hanfu and forest wooden plank walk 🚶 It's really a day healed by nature 🌿 I highly recommend bringing children to this place! It's like a fairy tale world 🎠

Cleanliness: The hotel is mediocre, with some mosquitoes and insects hanging around corners, and the bedding has a damp smell. Environment: Sitting on the balcony or in the lobby bar, you can see the lush mountains in the distance. The air is especially fresh after the rain, and the mist is shrouded in clouds, creating a very picturesque atmosphere. Service: The hotel staff will do their best to provide services upon request, so it's generally acceptable.

I booked the Hobbit House half a month in advance, and finally got to experience it! It was really a pleasant surprise. The staff in the store were very enthusiastic. I arrived at night and they came out to pick us up. The service was really good! The room in the Hobbit House was very clean, and the whole layout was full of atmosphere. It was really beautiful for taking pictures. The prepared breakfast was very rich, and the lunch tasted good. The bacon was delicious. I came with my husband this time, and I will bring my girlfriend to stay next time.
