The cleaning staff is really friendly, and everything is always spotless — big plus for that! However, I was honestly a bit shocked by how noisy it gets in the mornings. I often came back late from work, and almost every morning I was woken up by banging noises, like some kind of renovation or maintenance was going on. It was quite disturbing and made it hard to get enough rest. Overall, it’s a good hotel and you can definitely stay here, but the service could be improved, especially when it comes to noise. In general, not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Room is clean but location is not too ideal as it is so traffic around the area. Service is not recommendable as it took long time if you ask for a request and long time for them to answer calls. Makes you wonder whether phone lines are working or not.

I called to reception nobody answer Then i told them to send someone to take my luggage I waited more than 30 min nobody came I pulled 3 bags with holding my 4 months baby from the room till my car even in the reception he see me im with 3 bags and a baby he never help me

Stayed in the hotel for about 2 months as a solo business traveler, and regretted it. Laundry facilities were poor with only one separate dryer and one separate washer, and irresponsible tenants just placed their clothes and let them run in the machines, expecting someone to move from washer to dryer for them. Internet speed was pathetically slow, with speeds hovering less than 5 Mbps AFTER repeated requests to upgrade (it was 0.5 mbps before). As someone who travels for business, this is extremely unsatisfactory and inconvenient.

Horrible place from every angle. No whatsoever help in checkin like parking your car or giving a hand with the luggage. Room in reality is 100 percent different than description while booking. Dirty bathroom with mold in the shower cabin and hair sticky on walls.
