Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at JOOD Hotel Apartment and had a truly excellent experience. Although my check-in was slightly delayed, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and gym, and the location was perfect for both sightseeing and relaxation. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Trip Advisor App specified a single two-bedroom apartment; however, upon arrival, I discovered two two-bedroom apartments had been booked, and the provider refused to cancel one, resulting in payment for two apartments despite occupancy of only one. The reservation instructions in Trip Advisor are not clear.

Its a very good place to stay, very comfy and a good location close to the airport and other local transport links and centres.

I booking 2 bad rooms with friends but register me only one living in hotel but another have questions and call me all time I was sleeping also call

We went on a family holiday to Dubai and would recommend this apartment hotel to everyone. The rooms are super spacious and have all the things you need. Some of them include a big fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher. The service is very friendly and excellent. The tourism counter on the ground floor offers the best deals. The location is very good; it is not too far from the metro and has easy access to taxis and Uber. There's a nice supermarket just across the road. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance.

Great place to stay.

Our stay was for one night for travel purposes as the hotel is close to the airport. The apartment has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The service at the reception is quick and smooth. There is a small restaurant and a grocery store opposite the hotel entrance. If I visit the city later, it will be my first choice for accommodation. I thank the receptionist for the welcome and quick service at check-in.

Convenient location, clean and sanitary, excellent service

I found cockroaches when I entered the room. The bedsheets in my friend's room were obviously not changed and there were hairs on them.

I stayed in Abu Dhabi for two days and came back here. Compared with Marriott Apartments, it is still a level lower. Although they are all marked as four stars, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice this time and helped us upgrade to a bigger room. However, there were several items missing in the room, and they were not resolved in time after communication, which made the last night not very pleasant.

The room is very spacious and the environment is rated 5 points!

The room is relatively quiet. It opened in 2023. It's good.
