Very bad experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and dishonest. She woke me up in the morning accusing me of not paying and I had one more guest ( my friend just came to drop me off and help with luggage), even though I had already shown my receipt. No proper cleaning was done—my dustbin was never emptied and I had to sleep on the same linen for 6 days. Totally unprofessional service.

They didn't clean my room after telling them multiple times

The door knob was damaged, making it unaccommodating and preventing us from getting in late at night. We left the charger, but when we came to retrieve it the next morning, they couldn’t find it and never returned the deposit. This experience was not pleasant. The receptionist is very unprofessional!

This place can’t even provide the room that I booked. Scam! The staff is rude!

Perfect location. The room is not soundproof, which is a bit disappointing.

Good location & people, tight partitioned bedroom. But they do warn you prior. Affordable with good surroundings & near metro a big big plus.
