Perfect location in Trieste next to the biggest parking, practically in the city centre next door to shops and cafe's. Excellent breakfast, clean and cozy rooms.  

Frequent weekend awayer's we loved everything at this boutique style hotel. The staff and front desk were aware of our needs before we were. The vehicle valet parking truly convenient as parking in Trieste can be daunting if you don't know your way around. We loved breakfast and it was beautifully presented and cooked to order. We could have sat eating all day! The room was fitted with an amazingly comfy bed and pillows and the decor delights the senses. We will certainly return to this gem.

The room is too dark, the room is too cold, the heating is not good, the breakfast service is very poor, no one will listen to the greeting

The soundproofing is very poor, and the cleaning lady was talking nonsense in the corridor early in the morning. I went out for a meeting at around 9 o'clock in the morning, and they started to make a lot of noise from 7 or 8 o'clock. I knocked on the door and asked for cleaning. I said no, and then they made two more phone calls, which was endless and affected my rest!

It's the best. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
