"The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries."

"Perfect location near Dresden central station. Walking distance to Zwinger. Very old and run down hotel though. Air con wasn’t blowing cold air at all so had to keep windows on throughout my stay. Pillows are too soft and thin."

"The hotel fully met our expectations! The location is excellent – just a few minutes from the old town and the pedestrian zone, and many sights are within easy walking distance. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality, providing a perfect start to the day. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable; we immediately felt at home. The parking garage was also a huge plus and very convenient. All in all, a successful stay; we highly recommend the hotel!"

"The room is a good size, the bed is very comfortable, but unfortunately the bathroom only has a bathtub. However, there is a coffee machine and a kettle. Everything is very tidy, room cleaning is only available upon request, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. 🤗 The breakfast is very varied, with a large selection of breads and rolls, hot and cold dishes, and, most importantly, good coffee."

"The hotel is very far from the city. Even though it's located outside the city, they wanted us to pay 16 euros for parking. We wanted to go to the pool, but they wanted us to pay 5 euros per person. The rooms are old, the beds and pillows weren't comfortable at all. We wanted to use the fitness center, but we regretted it. The equipment was very old and unusable. The attendant, who was watching us through the camera, constantly told us to put towels on our bottoms, spoiling our stay. I've never seen such a disgrace during my trip. I don't recommend it to anyone. Don't stay at this hotel. The service is non-existent. The staff is not friendly."

The interior is very quiet, but there is a lack of ambience (background music? ...). Service is not at 5-star level (e.g. we were never offered help with our luggage, not even when a member of staff happened to get into the same elevator). Location is great. But price is too high."
