"The hotel is new, nice and clean. It's a little far from Altstadt, you have to walk to the tram and take the tram (either 7 or 8) to the center. The room was almost double charged than usual because of the holiday. Very dissapointed to find out that no breakfast was offered for that high price and you had to pay 25 Euro to walk to the adjacent hotel and have breakfast there. There was a small kitchenette and the room had microwave and coffee machine. I felt there weren't enough power plugs in the room for so many appliqnces. It was very clean ans the room and the bathroom were large and spacious."

The attendant, who was watching us through the camera, constantly told us to put towels on our bottoms, spoiling our stay. I've never seen such a disgrace during my trip. I don't recommend it to anyone. Don't stay at this hotel. The service is non-existent. The staff is not friendly."

A bit odd but once you are aware of the procedures it’s a very nice hotel."
