The hotel room is old but tidy. Staff service is average. Breakfast is quite good.

I travel a lot to Heathrow, especially Terminal 5, this hotel is around 20 minutes on a good day to the airport

The service was amazing the receptionist was great at providing me with a room and was very helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was nice and peaceful was perfect after a long journey.

Fantastic food options around the area, hotel was clean and smelt nice and for the price you get a warm room, beds could need a new mattress as they're like trampolines

Rooms condition was jaded. The shower was in poor condition, the soap was totally empty! Luckily I had some gel of my own or it would have been dry off, dress and a trip to reception to get some! All at 6am when I had to go to work and would have made me late😡. The hot water at the sink was barely tepid, couldn't have a decent shave. This is the 2nd room running at this property I have had with this problem. The hotel is very overpriced and poor value!

Staff really friendly & helpful. Room quiet, as requested. Room clean. Bathroom smelled of damp but no physical evidence. Only issue was one thin pillow each. Asked for extras but told there was a shortage due to people stealing them so added onto a list. No extra pillows provided. Staff apologised for this at check out

Handy hotel located at the services. Staff were all really lovely. We could not hear any noise from the services.

Unfortunately the restaurant was`nt open saturday evening and although on a service area neither were two other popular dining outlets, Dissapointing really we had to travel 10mls to find decent food and travel back to the hotel.

Super convenient, clean and quiet. Toiletries and drinks in room were a little limited but I can’t complain based on the price.

Everything is perfect. This is the best hotel at its price in the surrounding location.

Staff are nice. Wifi has problem and unable to connect. The pop up portal page has problem. In short, worth to stay if offer is below £50 per night including breakfast.

When u enter the smells stings like a hospital smell. And the carpet smells terrible while walking through hall way and our room smells and the toilet is not clean properly and it’s cold inside the room even it’s over heated.
