This property didn't meet my expected standard . Eg bathroom dirty with stains, safa with hair. I found a crockcoach in the room and turn towels

Reception staff are good, but there is no phone to use for the customer. We needed to make phone calls, but they couldn't help. No nearby taxi ranks, but they didn't help us book a taxi. However, we were able to get Uber using their wifi.

Very good service and clean

The hotel is very close to the subway station, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The front desk is very welcoming and will help with luggage even if you check in very late. The room is spacious and clean.

The location is great. The subway is very close. The room was also very quiet. Very satisfied.

Very good hotel

This was our second stay at this hotel. We booked a suite in November which was very spacious. The rooms have everything including iron and ironing board... They have everything in kitchen including a washing machine.. The Metro is literally round the corner and souq waqif is also walking distance..

The management and manager of the hotel are not professional at all. We came to this hotel because of its location, and there were constant problems during my stay. The rules and conditions changed all the time. When we tried to talk about this issue, the hotel manager argued instead of solving the issue. I am very disturbed by this rude and aggressive attitude. I definitely do not recommend it. There are a lot of options here. To have a calm and normal stay, other options should be considered for sure.
