The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Bengal Blueberry Hotel in Dhaka for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in the city. Reception was helpful in finding exactly the type of room I wanted. Good mattress and I slept well for the 4 nights I was there. The staff in general are professional and very willing to help and provide advice. Very safe, quiet area with a good Food Court nearby for quick meals and fun to walk the streets at night soaking up the vibe. The restaurant at the Bengal Blueberry is good but variety is limited. Gym is OK, nice coffee shop with Metu who is very helpful. Great to have UniMart supermarket next door. Easy to get rickshaws from the hotel as well as taxis. I'd stay there again.

Upon checking out, I was mistakenly charged 36,298 TK. That's 42,755 yen. They didn't even apologize, it's awful. There are reviews from people who were mistakenly charged. I think it was the same staff who assisted me. The breakfast was cheap and had a small selection of items. There are two elevators, but one is turned off to save electricity. There are few customers and it's empty. I tried searching Agoda for the next day, and there was a vacancy. I do not recommend this hotel.

I think this hotel is not up to the price. The air conditioner in the room is very loud, like a blower, and I can't sleep at night. In addition, the hot water for showering only lasts for about 10 minutes, and you have to wait a long time if you want to use it again. Other aspects of hygiene are OK, and the staff are very enthusiastic.
