I cannot fault this hotel. I am used to really high standard and this exceeded all expectations - it was simply wonderful. The interior and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding and beautiful. The rooftop Sky bar was gorgeous and the drinks were great. The breakfast was stunning and the gym facility was good. The pool was also really cool. The staff were faultless and spoke good english and were so kind - especially the guys in Sky bar (who remembered us) and Luby who helped to check us in. I will 100% be back.

Although there were some positive aspects,the negative experiences significantly overshadowed them. As someone who values cleanliness, especially when traveling with a child, I was extremely disappointed. The toilet was incredibly dirty, to the point where it was obvious it hadn't been scrubbed for a long time. The floor was covered in dust, making it impossible to walk barefoot, and the towels had visible stains. I reported these issues to the front desk, and they sent a cleaning staff to address the problem. However, when she arrived, she only wiped a few surfaces with a cloth. I checked the bathroom while she was still there and pointed out the dirty areas. There were hairs stuck to the glass, yellow and black stains on the walls, and even what appeared to be urine stains on the floor. When I asked if she had cleaned, she said yes, but it was clear that proper scrubbing and disinfecting were necessary. I had to insist that she scrub the toilet, and although she did so reluctantly and hastily, it was evident that she wasn't thorough. I understand that there are many rooms to clean each day, but that doesn't justify rushing such an important task. Even after scrubbing, the dirt was still visible, and she seemed to view me as a difficult guest rather than someone who expects basic hygiene standards. I’d be ok with the rooms having a fresh plain smell of nothing since not so many people enjoy the smell of diffusers, especially Asians, but for a claimed five-star hotel, it smelled like dust mixed with very old furniture and stuffy place. On the bright side, it wasn’t as crowded as I expected since it was during holidays. The breakfast was pretty decent but lacked options for non-pork eaters. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, especially Lily.

We had an amazing time at Atlantis. True, it's not cheap to stay at the hotel. It's worth the money for the unforgettable experience. The service was great. Professional staff who speak fluent English. They are willing to do everything to make sure guests are happy. Amenities are also impressive. It's so easy to go and enjoy the aquarium and water world. We were able to get some rest during a busy stay. Absolutely kid friendly. It does get quite busy during the winter school break.

Great stay. We booked 2 similar rooms but got a free upgrade for one of the rooms. The villa was awesome but the pool access room was also really nice, both had very easy and quick access to the beach and the staff was always kind and fast in helping us. From the stay to the buffet dinner and breakfast to the way the staff dealt with us made it a chill and relaxing trip. There were a bunch of activities we didn’t even get to do and still had lots of fun!

We have been at different hotels in Sanya during the last years but since the time we discovered Marriot Sanya Yalong Bay we were so delighted and since that time we always come back. This time during national holidays it was not the exception on how a fabulous time we have spent during our 4 days stay. All the hotel maintenance is great, we love to spend the day between ocean and pool area and for that Fish bar restaurant is a spot we like a lot, around 6 PM q couple of great foreign singers play some amazing covers. Marriot Yalong Bay never disappoints us!! Special thanks to Leo for being such a great host and to make our stay even much better, thanks Leo for your dedication and so kindness and help during our stay. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail were immediately apparent, making us feel like valued guests. The rooms were impeccably designed, blending modern amenities with traditional Chinese elements, creating a harmonious and inviting ambiance. The cleanliness was exemplary, with every corner meticulously maintained. Overall, our stay at this Sanya hotel was an unforgettable experience, leaving us with cherished memories and a desire to return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel during my first solo trip, and I can confidently say that the right accommodation can truly enhance the experience. This hotel is outstanding, featuring modern amenities and an incredibly supportive staff. One standout team member was Zoe Xing. She was the most helpful worker I've ever encountered, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Zoe was not only great at arranging everything to meet my needs but also communicated effortlessly in English. Her friendly demeanor made my experience even more enjoyable. I booked the Queen size room with a bathtub on the balcony, and it was absolutely worth it! The stunning sea view from my room added a special touch to my stay. The resort itself offers a plethora of features and activities, making it especially appealing for families with young children. In terms of location, the hotel is very convenient—close to the airport and just a short walk to the beach. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a delightful place to stay, and I can't wait to return!

We loved staying at Ritz and it made our trip very memorable. Here are some of the highlights and areas of improvement after my experience. Pros: 1. Stunning environment and facilities , infinity pools, private beach,buildings are all remarkable! 2. Delicious breakfast with many options to choose from 3. Friendly staff service- staffs greet with smiles, check on us frequently to meet our needs. We even got the hand written card in my native home language which was very heart warming. Cons: 1. Check in process at the register was very slow for foreign guests. 2. The bathtub in the room had water-leak and couldn’t collect the water . We are told to use plastic bath cover for the use 3. Apparently there was shuttle bus between the hotel and the cdf mall. However I wasn’t informed of the shuttle hours information. Only after i arranged personal trip to the cdf mall, i realized such service was available at the hotel. I wish i was informed of the service information in advance. Over all, i would recommend Ritz and love to be back again.

Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay Some few keys I’d like to pinpoint during my stay in this resort. We were staying for 5 nights, from June 1st to 8th. CLEANLINESS I’m very surprised with the cleanliness in the room and surrounding areas. Walking through the lobby, garden areas, pool areas and of course the room. You’ll be able to see gardeners, housekeepers, and cleaners doing everything to clean the their areas. This resort is spotless. Five stars for that. LOCATION Location is quite far from downtown but enough to go shopping around 68 market/mall. The hotel is connected to the mall where you can find and dine local restaurants. It is good when you’re trying to avoid the pricy meal at the resort. (Go local, get cheaper) And yes, location from the airport is about 35-45 minutes away. No traffic on the way. But try to avoid some local drivers who’s trying to give you a cheaper price to send you to the hotel. Always check the price on Didi or other app. When using those apps there will be no compromise. SERVICE Service. Well, overall it was great! Starting from reception, we were greeted during the arrival with the help of our luggage and stuff and guided us through the lobby. The receptionist attended us during check-in was very attentive and helpful (I didn’t get a chance to check her name). She was very helpful, and even gave us a tour through the map and sent us to the lift to our room. The young man and young lady at the housekeeping dept. was always ready to help us with what we needed in the room and prepared a honeymoon decoration in the room on the first day with complementary champagne and a fruit basket (Downside: some are telling to give them five stars) but I totally understand as it helps them as well. Restaurant staff are relatively friendly and helpful. Very welcoming when you coming for breakfast and guide us to our seats. BUT, you’ll need to come earlier than 9. Otherwise, you’ll be lining up outside the restaurant waiting for the vacant seat. AMENITIES Amenities are well cleaned and new. Showers and tub are quite new and well maintained. Other things in the resort are basically great. Swimming at the beach is on your own risk. No lifeguard assigned to watch as it is a public beach. Basically it’s not allowed to go swimming. Haitang bay resorts are all the same. If you’re looking for a resort where you can swim, you need to find somewhere else such as Yalong bay or Wuzhizhou Island. Overall stay was great. Just bear in mind, if you’re looking for a hotel or resort for fun this resort is not for you. But if you’re looking for a relaxation and calm holiday this resort is for you. There are only few entertainment and experience you can have in the resort such as live music during barbecue dinner at the Grand Cafe, dinner in the sky, and show outside the restaurant.

Absolutely amazing experience at the MO! From the moment you arrive (and before even, when I called ahead,) the level of service is nothing short of excellent! Every single member of staff is polite, helpful, kind and really goes above and beyond! I had everything I needed and more, and at every step I was made to feel welcome. A few absolute shining lights: Alex at check in who was kind enough to upgrade my room to an Ocean View King, Nicky, Chloe and Ryan at the Sunset Bar were absolutely wonderful - and my poolside dining experience was beyond incredible! Caroline at Fresh (superb dining with the best view) Nick and Dennis at the pool bringing water, snacks and being very patient with my requests for the umbrella to be put up and down. Sunny at breakfast for a very warm welcome. Honestly - I’ve never had an experience like this - the attention to detail, the care, the kindness were just all excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and all amenities are provided for. The fruit plate was replenished and was so thoughtfully and beautifully presented. There are three pools to choose from, all idyllic. I ate at Fresh and the Sunset Bar, and both were amazing. The cocktails at the Sunset Bar are sublime! The breakfast is divine - definitely something for everyone: there are so many choices! The only slightly disappointing part was that swimming in the sea isn’t really encouraged. It’s very rocky and full of coral so not really a pleasant walk either, but the view is lovely. I visited after staying in Yalong Bay, and I will say it was nice to be in a quieter location. I will never forget this stay, and am looking forward to visiting again! Thank you, thank you to everyone at MOSAN!
