Staying at the Suites Holiday Hotel was a treat! From my balcony, I had stunning views of the azure sea and tranquil lake. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset in the evening, all while surrounded by lush greenery, was incredibly refreshing and therapeutic. Every photo I took looked like a masterpiece, no filter needed. Guests here also get to enjoy the pool, dining, and kids' entertainment facilities at the neighboring Hualuxe Hotel. The scenic lakeside health trail is perfect for all ages. The service was simply exceptional, from start to finish. Our butler, Lisa, contacted us before our arrival and meticulously arranged everything for our check-in. The bellhops were quick to help with luggage, the front desk staff patiently answered all our questions, and the cleaning auntie was incredibly thorough and thoughtful. With such beautiful surroundings and heartwarming service, it offers incredible value for money. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back for a second visit—see you next year!

I absolutely loved this hotel! The environment, facilities, and service were all fantastic. It's perfect for families with kids, as the hotel offers many activities for children, including go-karting, rock climbing, a bubble pool, and a large playground. Staying at the hotel was never boring, especially for the kids. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to Fenjiezhou Island, which is perfect for a day trip. It's definitely worth staying at. The hotel even included a complimentary travel photography experience, with family outfits provided free of charge. We had a wonderful time here! The manager was very helpful and patient in assisting customers with any issues. It would have been ideal if the hotel had offered a ride-hailing service, as the hotel doesn't provide one.

Came here with my family for New Year's Eve, and after looking at countless hotels in Sanya Bay, we finally settled on this one. What a great start to 2026! The room exceeded our expectations – each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus there are two balconies, perfect for relaxing in the sun while enjoying the sea view. The facilities are comprehensive, and my kids absolutely loved the go-karts. Our butler, Winnie, added me on WeChat beforehand and helped us arrange a fantastic room. She also coordinated having our pre-shipped luggage placed directly in the room. During our stay, she assisted with activity bookings and answered all our questions, making our entire stay worry-free. A huge thank you to her! This will definitely be our top choice for our next trip to Sanya, and we'll be sure to find Winnie again! 🥳
