The parking space at this hotel is incredibly small. I've been a driver for 21 years, and I had a tire punctured on my new car because of the parking issue. The edge was like a knife edge, and I heard it scratched several cars. As requested, we were given a high floor, away from the elevator, and not in a corner room. It was quite good, but many aspects could be improved! First, the underground parking lot wasn't marked as accessible to in-house guests, so we had to drive up, then be directed by security, circle around, and then drive down. We discovered the hotel perimeter was packed with cars, while the underground parking lot was completely empty. Second, the inevitable odor of a new hotel is still quite strong, both in the lobby and in the room. Families with children should avoid it. Third, and this is the biggest downside, the hotel service is completely subpar. One person does the work of two or three people. It was great, exceeding the expectations of the whole family. We drove to Jiuxian Mountain and started looking for a hotel close to the scenic spot.
