Hotel Sunflex Kagoshima Reviews

Hotel is not located in the main street, but it’s still convenient enough, only about 5 mons walking distance. Staffs are too polite and humble to serve. this time i could see the volcano from my room, it’s stunning. Despite there were few hairs from last user, but it’s excellent overall.

Very nice hotel! A good location is near the terminals, from where you can go to Sakurajima and Yakushima. Very friendly staff. A good breakfast to choose from. It is possible to use the laundry service. The room is clean and warm. Thank you very much. I'll come back.

Nice location, facility, and breakfasts. Bresfast is nice, you can choose between Japanese ans western style

Good proximity to major places such as Tenmonkan. The bed is soft, so I did not develop any strain on muscles. Free coffee is available at the reception. Staff was kind and gave me personalized advice about sightseeing.

Near shopping area. Nearest Parking far about 100m across the road.

Breakfast was great and the staff both of front desk and kitchen were very kind and helpful. The location is not close to JR stations but very convenient from cruise terminal.

It was a two-day, one-night trip, but the hotel was hard to find after getting off the tram. It was next to a 7-Eleven, but there were so many 7-Elevens nearby that it was hard to tell which store it was. I wish the hotel name was displayed larger.

It's close to Tenmonkan, so transportation is very convenient. It's also nice that there is a convenience store right next door. In the morning, I was in a bit of a mess and locked my suitcase with the key inside, but the hotel staff handled it professionally and unlocked it for me, which I'm grateful for!

The free coffee was delicious♪ The bathtub was big and I was able to relax in it♨️ The shower was a bit too fine and hurt a little...

It really looks like a university dormitory, but the rooms are small. Because the location is very close to the observatory and Sakurajima Pier, close to the aquarium, and there are many restaurants nearby. The location is really good, but the room is really shabby. It depends on how the family weighs it.
