This is my first stay in LUX resort. Facility, view, serice, everything was perfect. What I loved best was food. CURRENT restraunt was very nice and reasonable price. Not many staff can speak English but they supported Non-chinese speaker by wechat messaging app. Thank you for the support Alyssa ans Jane!

Super wonderful experience with my mothers here at the border of China and Vietnam. We love every details of the hotel! It was a great relaxing trip amidst the hectic work and the lousy weather.

A beautifully designed hotel with manicured gardens including rice terraces. Hotel is very luxurious and service staff was good. Enjoyed excellent food at the Current Restaurant and Prime Steakhouse. There is also a 35m infinity pool, a generous library space and games in the hotel to spend some time in activities

We have a wonderful stay at LUX* ChongZuo. Their staffs so friendly, and helpful. Everyone so polite. Our butler Nami is outstanding, she always give us a lot of information and suggestions through WeChat. What she did just makes us so happy. We really enjoyed to stay there. We also plan to come back again if we have an opportunity and time.

This is clearly one of the best resorts on the planet… and I mean it. Location, comfort, food, staff… everything is top notch. An English version of the restaurant menu would be more than welcome though. That said, I wanted to warmly thank Mr Morgan Wang for assisting me. I hope to get back soon.

Everything about the hotel is perfect, and the service rendered was excellent. The manager set a wechat group to assist our needs. I can’t say enough about the hotels. It impressed me immensely. All are immaculate. Clean, beautiful, top notch! Would love to come back there again! Thank u Michael and team!

With the help of housekeeper Nami, it was a perfect escape from the world (✪ω✪) Facilities: normal super five-star ratio, but the faucets and showers in each room are slightly different. Hansgrohe showers and Duravit porcelain basins are rare in the mountains. Hygiene: very clean. I am very particular about hygiene. I like to complain about hygiene issues the most. They are particularly concerned about disinfection. We took a bath for three consecutive days. Because the room types are different, they disinfected us every day. They are really particular about it. The countertops are clean and meticulous! Environment: This lobby should attract everyone! The atmosphere of the whole hotel is super good, whether it is the lobby bar or the public leisure area, there is a sense of "high-end seclusion". Service: There is no best, only better~ Our housekeeper Nami is represented by the welcoming Zhuang aunt group, and everyone is very warm! There are too many hotels that cost 4.5k. When you come to Chongzuo, stay here. Don't go to any other B&B. It's impossible to be the same. You can take pictures if you stay for one night. You must stay at LUX for more nights! Welcome fruit: The fruit is very fresh, especially the Baba oranges are delicious~ Daily enjoyment of double Minibar: Absolutely amazing, I can only say that the quantity is very large. The hotel I stayed in this year is second only to Yinshi, very generous~ Night bed snacks: The three days of sugar water are different, delicious~ The SPA area is also unique, with a separate cabin~ The price is not outrageous, you can definitely experience it, and the technique is professional. Finally, I have to praise Platinum Travel Photography~ Ah, it is really unexpectedly professional!! Such a ridiculous day, and I am 400 degrees of myopia and I don’t wear much makeup. I accidentally saw the hotel lobby photos on Redbook and was deeply attracted. I immediately booked a Spring Festival trip. Alyssa, the resort housekeeper, set up a WeChat group in advance to introduce the hotel, various activities, and provide thoughtful service. The hotel gave me 3 photos for free, and the photos were taken by a special photographer. It was a perfect trip.
