For example, had a wechat set up last minute with the hotel butler Peter, while I was stressed coz I didn’t book anything except the room, my China flight was delayed as usual (for over four hours), but Peter was super helpful and took care of everything from spa appointment to excursions and suggested more ideas. @ the hotel. Stunning lush views from every angle of the hotel, lots of gorgeous areas to hang out such as the rooftop cinema, extraordinary lobby & bar area. I blissed out at the spa with Miss Nóng for an aromatherapy treatment, the 35 metres infinity pool had a to die for view, there were also tons of activities to choose from Rooms 56 suites and villas to slow down and soak in the sweeping and ethereal views. I was in room 6302 where I woke up to a stunning sunrise my first morning. My second morning I spent the morning in the onsen style bathtub on the balcony Food & drinks. had long lazy meals sampling different cuisines at their casual second floor and serene third floor restaurant. There is also a more atmospheric steak house. I loved the breakfast noodles bar and I am still thinking about their rice, delicious and very different from the rice I’m used to Prices. This hotel was truly the best place we ever stayed. The views are just amazing there. And the staff matched the views 🤗 Our butler Alyssa arranged all we asked for and more! We will definitely visit again!!

The hotel is amazing,super clean and the scenery indescribable! The manager of the hotel is exceptional and made sure everything was arranged for us! We had a battler and 25/7 assistant through we chat. The breakfast amazing, tasty and different every day. The staff super kind and helpful. Every time we came back to our room our clothes and our room were tidied up. Dinner little bit pricey but tasty! We also had the boat tour and photoshooting partly on the boat and partly at the hotel! Amazing!!! Overall the best hotel we've been to and we compare it with miramonti hotel in dolomites and LA mamounia in morroco. Thank you for everything and we will defenately come back with our kids!! Great place for kids as well.

I recently stayed at the Lux Chongzuo Resort, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The views from the resort are breathtaking, with stunning natural scenery all around. The amenities are top-notch, including a luxurious pool and a relaxing spa. A special mention goes to Nami, who was incredibly lovely and helpful, providing round-the-clock assistance. Her warmth and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

It was a pleasant stay. Jane the personal butler did manage to fulfil the requests and created some nice surprises. The overall design and layout was satisfactory. A lot of recreational activities provided and planned for. As the compound was huge it never felt busy while you know there were many people behind the operations. If you ask me if the price was worth it, then I would take a second look, possibly at the price point, there are much better hotels in China but at Chongzuo, they do have a slight monopoly as there are not many hotels in the area for comparison unlike Guilin or Yangshuo (which has similar views and much cheaper price point).

This hotel is like a haven of peace and is highly recommended. Its design style is extremely comfortable, and the hotel's service is excellent. It's a must - visit place🍓🍓必须来啊🏮🏮

This is my first stay in LUX resort. Facility, view, serice, everything was perfect. What I loved best was food. CURRENT restraunt was very nice and reasonable price. Not many staff can speak English but they supported Non-chinese speaker by wechat messaging app. Thank you for the support Alyssa ans Jane!

LUX Chongzuo is a stunning retreat tucked away near the China-Vietnam border, surrounded by breathtaking Karst mountain landscapes. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the lobby, a perfect place to unwind with a cup of coffee while soaking in the dramatic mountain views. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, blending raw concrete textures with warm wooden accents. The furnishings were sleek and minimal, and every detail felt considered. A generous, complimentary minibar was a lovely surprise, stocked with a great selection of drinks and snacks. We had a memorable dinner at the Thai restaurant. The dishes were full of bold, authentic flavours with just the right amount of heat. One of our favourite experiences was cycling just outside the resort. Riding along quiet paths with towering Karst peaks in the background was nothing short of magical. The hotel also has a well-equipped laundry area with free washing and drying machines, which was a thoughtful touch, especially for longer stays. What truly made our stay special was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. A special thank you to Alyssa, our dedicated butler, who made everything seamless from start to finish. We left feeling refreshed, well taken care of, and already dreaming of coming back.

Super wonderful experience with my mothers here at the border of China and Vietnam. We love every details of the hotel! It was a great relaxing trip amidst the hectic work and the lousy weather.

A beautifully designed hotel with manicured gardens including rice terraces. Hotel is very luxurious and service staff was good. Enjoyed excellent food at the Current Restaurant and Prime Steakhouse. There is also a 35m infinity pool, a generous library space and games in the hotel to spend some time in activities

We have a wonderful stay at LUX* ChongZuo. Their staffs so friendly, and helpful. Everyone so polite. Our butler Nami is outstanding, she always give us a lot of information and suggestions through WeChat. What she did just makes us so happy. We really enjoyed to stay there. We also plan to come back again if we have an opportunity and time.
