"The most satisfying room I've stayed in Chongzuo, no exaggeration. The room was spacious and clean, and it was incredibly quiet at night. Being a suite, the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really well! Both breakfast and dinner were good. I'll definitely stay here again next time. My only regret is not getting a room in Building A, which has better views."

The diagnosis was acute gastroenteritis caused by bacteria, strongly linked to the most recent food consumed. The next day, when I discussed this with the hotel, they kept deflecting, saying it could be food from elsewhere at lunchtime, or food from another place the day before, or even bacteria on hands. If it were bacteria on hands, we used restaurant chopsticks to eat. And if it were food from another place, eaten yesterday or at lunchtime, would it coincidentally take half an hour after eating the dinner buffet to manifest?"

The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding was spotless and odorless, and the mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep for a light sleeper like me. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, a clean smart toilet, and toiletries with a lovely subtle fragrance that felt high quality. The in-room smart control system was super practical; I could control lights and curtains with just my voice. The blackout curtains were phenomenal – I wasn't disturbed by the morning light at all. The ergonomic chair in the work area was also comfortable, making late-night work much less tiring. Plus, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling window offered an unbeatable mountain view. Whether it's the service, facilities, or value for money, everything far exceeded my expectations; every penny spent felt completely worth it. I've already recommended it to my friends, and when I visit this city again, I will definitely choose this place!"

When they saw I was bringing a child, the front desk didn't even offer to provide a toothbrush or shoes. They even had to ask outside before returning to get them. This is my first negative review because it's so bad. How can they afford to charge five-star hotel prices? The only good thing was the comfortable bedding."
