房間寬敞乾淨，算是近景區比較新的酒店，是距離景區入口最遠的一家店（靠最裡麪），但是也是最乾淨最新的一家店。店家服務態度也很熱情，早餐很乾凈。從酒店出來一直往下走500米就是中越友誼街中心地帶，再往前走400米就是景區入口。

房間整潔乾淨，民宿位置就在景區裏面，停車很方便，省了觀光車的費用，早上起床走幾分鐘就可以到景區！前台服務態度很好，還可以代買景區門票！早餐也很不錯，門口還能坐着聊天喝茶，環境不錯

酒店在德天瀑布景區入口400米，在山上比較安靜，房間非常乾淨整潔，很寬敞，有越南滴壺咖啡下午茶和小吃水果，門口有停車場和休閑區，早餐非常贊，法棍三明治和越南雞肉河粉，味道棒極了，前台服務非常熱情。

民宿在德州瀑布景區內，不用買觀光車票，有個充電樁，真是解了燃眉之急。
屋裡乾淨房裡很大，應該屬於景區內數一數二的了，早餐量很大，很好吃

先説位置就在景區入口500米左右，房間山景綠樹環繞空氣就不用説了，有電梯直落樓層，這在鄉野民宿不多見。主要感受是熱情周到，有求必應，不怕麻煩，像家人樣親切，從經理到服務員阿姨都是一樣。三星級房間五星級服務這個價格就不貴了。特別感謝漂亮的賓館經理一大早開車送我們到十裡外的遊客服務中心趕車。
