價格偏貴，不推薦入住，性價比很低。這次入住體驗總的來説很一般。房間設施太差、服務細節也不好。
先來説説缺點吧，房間裏面沒有任何設施，就只有一張床，沒有電視，沒有投影，啥都沒有，整個房間就是給我感覺就是刷了個牆，鋪了個地板，一張床，啥都沒有了，做為一個新開不久的酒店，真的一點設施都沒有，窗簾在飄窗上面，開關不是那麼方便，迷你吧就是隨便的一張桌子，衞生間乾濕分離沒有門，只有一個小隔斷，457的房間説實話真的性價比很低，整個房間就只有一張床，服務人員入住後並沒有很好的引導，做為一個景區民宿，沒有任何管家加你發攻略遊玩路線，這點體驗也比較差，隔音特別差，過道聲音很大，旁邊聲音大點你都能聽到，一大早上關門聲音大得不得了。整個鎮子都是民宿，對比兩百多價格的民宿並沒有好多少。説實話這個房間真的不值，我是看了好評來的，覺得價格太貴，啥也沒有，這個房間四百多真的性價比極低。
在來説説優點吧，房間衞生還可以，看得見的地方衞生都過得去。床品品質還可以，服務員見到會打照顧。也會幫忙搬行李。
整體來説，價格偏貴，設施完全沒有，服務一般般，隔音很差一大早開關門聲音大得不得了。完全不值

酒店很新很乾凈有電梯，定的31號德天和名仕園遊玩。因為臨近元旦，酒店不好訂，所以看到有合適我們到家庭房毫不猶豫的定下。德天遊玩結束到了酒店門口已經停了好多車了，酒店工作人員很熱情，見到每一位客人都保持微笑問好，最重要的是這家有2居室家庭房非常適合我們。酒店離名仕園竹排碼頭很近，走路幾分鐘就到了。放下行李買好票，立馬朝名仕園奔去，趕上了末班的竹筏。門口附近還有飯店燒烤，吃飯比較方便。

民宿很一般 在淡季竟然還賣這麼貴的價格 早餐簡陋連個煎蛋都沒有 只有白煮蛋稀飯 鹹菜 房間裏不設沒有電視機 衹能看稻田 洗臉枱上還有蜘蛛絲 不推薦

景色非常美，是個適合居住的地方！
這個民宿就在美食街，餐飲特別多，步行到竹排遊覽點，也就五分鐘時間！可以租電瓶車和自行車暢遊明仕田園！
如果有遺憾的話，就是電梯晚上的聲音會有點大，影響睡眠！如果不是緊挨電梯的房間，會好一些！

酒店位置很好找就在路邊上， 國潮風格很適合度假， 最讓人驚艷的是床品，質量非常好十分有質感，不輸五星酒店。 離那裡酒店也很近，可以去那裡酒店溜達

這是一次令人驚喜的體驗，第一天沒能預訂到景觀房，老闆第二天特意預留了酒店最好的雙側景觀房並以極優惠的價格給我們，讓我們呆在舒適的房間內，就能欣賞日落的壯美景色：灑滿日落餘暉的大玻璃房間被大自然色彩斑斕的美景包圍環繞，放眼遠處被染成橘紅色的的羣山，真是難得的享受！……在此，感謝熱情真誠的老闆為我們提供了這樣一份珍貴的美妙體驗！
